Waterfront home surrounded by stunning water views.

We had an absolutely lovely time here this past weekend with our family!We all got in the ocean (except my 86 year old father who spent his time relaxing on the deck overlooking the ocean). Holly and Cindy were easy to reach and very accommodating with us!We look forward to coming back again!

This location is to die for. With views of Long Island sound and East River it is a water wonderland. Bird watching, shell collecting, kayaking, swimming and long walks on the beach are all relaxing ways to pass your time. Hosts are very responsive and easy to work with. The house has been modestly updated, is very comfortable and perfect for a family who is looking for some fun in the sun.

This house was perfect for us. We were looking for a waterfront home to enjoy the fall festivities in Madison Ct and this house did not disappoint! The views were amazing. So much to do just a short distance away. The house was very clean with a great kitchen and water views from both the front and the back of the house on a quiet street. Sitting by the fire at night watching the sunset was and sitting on the back porch watching the sunrise just filled us with peace and calm. We would definitely stay here again.

Can't get closer to the ocean than this! I wanted a quiet cottage on the beach for a couple of relaxing evenings. This house was the perfect answer. The porch sits 10ft off the water's edge. The opposite side is steps away from open marsh. Open a window on both sides of the house for instant ocezn breeze. Well stocked. Great place for a couple, or a family with kids. Very close to Madison and Guilford town areas.

This fabulous Oceanfront home is a wonderful place two unwind and reconnect! Holly and Cindy were wonderful to work with. Holly's attention to detail is exactly what you're looking for in a Beach Community home. A pure Eden. Thank you so much, this place was so wonderful we came back for another 2 weeks . Had a perfect short stay. It was absolutely adorable and amazing views. The neighbors were all so friendly and helpful. An unexpected perk! Perfect spot to sit in a beach chair reading while listening to the ocean sounds! Just so peaceful and happy!
