New Madison beach house - Ocean front- Great views- booking Summer 2026

We rented this house because we wanted a place to get our family all together and it turned out to be the perfect spot. We made so many happy memories and had so much fun eating meals around the large table, playing games in the family room at night, relaxing on the beautiful deck, taking walks in the quiet, picturesque neighborhood, sleeping peacefully to the amazing sound of the waves outside our window. The open layout of the downstairs couldn't be better, and the view is breathtaking--the water is steps away. My husband and I got the primary bedroom cuz we paid, lol, and especially loved the view and en suite bathroom. The house was very clean and well stocked with supplies, and Joe was fantastic and responsive to all our questions and needs. Our grown kids loved the house and want to go back. We highly recommend it... thanks Joe!

Beautiful location. Joe was a wonderful host and the house was as advertised. Loved our time at the beach and would definitely return again!

Always a great vacation.

We booked this house for a Girls Relax and Restore vacation and this property was PERFECT! We sat at the waters edge soaking up the sun, right outside the house, everyday. We cooled off in the ocean and enjoyed watching high and low tides roll in and out while the Ospreys and Double Breasted Cormorants fished in out little piece of ocean . There’s a quaint little downtown where we got ice cream and visited the local book store (amazing little shop) to buy more beach reads. There’s also a full Stop & Shop grocery store where we shopped a few times as we cooked and dined in the majority of our stay. The house itself was clean, neat and tidy. The bedroom with the bunk beds is more of a sleeping area as it doesn’t have a door but it served its purpose. Check-in and check-out were very simple. Host was easy to contact if needed but we had no need during our stay. I have added this house to my favorites and will be booking again!

We loved our week stay at the beach. We had several kids from 6 months to 8 years and having the beach right outside the house and a beautiful walk right down the road was huge for keeping them busy! Great proximity to town and the public beach. Updated inside of the house and lovely deck.

We had a great week in Milford at this awesome beach front home. It was perfect for my family of four and my parents. We loved walking the neighborhood and picking up seashells. The home was clean and tidy and Joe was very quick to respond to any questions. We miss Ct already!

The house is perfectly located. Quiet area but close to downtown Madison and Guilford and so much the CT shoreline has to offer.

A great house in an amazing location. The house was clean and bright and has phenomenal views of both Long Island Sound and the marsh/Neck River. Grass Island and a boat ramp are nearby. We loved our stay.

The house really sits on its beach with a rock surrounded natural pool at high tide. The weather was CRAZY with rain and wind. The house held the temperature and was comfortable as the temps dropped below freezing! FYI the 4th bedroom with the trundle bed hasn’t a door so hence not a lot of privacy. But we were all good friends;) it was a comfortable space for 5 women who were good friends

Great location

While I agree the house has a beautiful view and was overall clean, I was disappointed with the interior decor. I was expecting a bit more in terms of furnishings and decor for the price we paid. The furniture was old and tired. The place needs some fresh paint, the bare walls need some nautical touches & art, and the side windows downstairs have no privacy from the neighbors at night. The screen door was in tatters and difficult to open and close. This house is in a great location, close to many great places to visit. The view is lovely. The place needs some attention to details.

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful family beach house with my husband, brother, SIL, niece and nephew, and the property was perfect for our needs. It should be noted, there is no door on the smallest bedroom space where the bunk beds are...but that's only important if you need to contain a toddler who regularly escapes a pack n' play ?. On the second night, we switched the 5 year old and the 2.5 year old's bedrooms, and it worked out much better and the 5 year old absolutely adored the bunk beds! The queen bedrooms on the ocean facing side of the home are lovely and nicely sized. We appreciated all the extra beach and bath towels available, and I loved the en suite bathroom attached to the primary bedroom. The shower in there is wonderful! Kitchen is spacious, well stocked with utensils, pots and pans, and misc supplies. We ordered take out from a local restaurant one night (The Brownstone House) and had a wonderful meal, sitting around the large family kitchen table. The rest of our stay, we cooked our meals at home (grocery store is only 10 min away) and had a wonderful time doing so. The kids (and adults) played in the sand, beachcombed, and enjoyed the private little beach directly beneath and in front of the home. This truly is a special place, and we hope to return (perhaps soon, without the kids, so as to enjoy the peace a little more!)

Perfect place my family to enjoy the ocean.

Our multi generational family ages 3 to 70 had a wonderful stay at this beach front Madison home. We loved the open concept living area where we spent all our meals and evenings together. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed walks and runs many times. There were plenty of bath and beach towels, sheets, and bedding as well as everything we needed to cook all of our meals for the week in the kitchen. Also, great water pressure! Overall had a great week stay here

Our second visit ,Just spectacular .It should be supplied with hand towels, beach towels , washcloths .We even enjoyed the rain and spectacular view of the sound prior to possible hurricane .We'll be back

The house was everything it claimed to be. Plenty of room for everyone. We were blessed with good weather (couple of thunderstorms). The town of Madison was lovely. All in all, a great vacation for the family.

Very nice and comfortable house. Very good location right on the water. Property manager was really nice and extremely responsive. It would have been nice if bicycles and more than one paddle board were available. Would definitely rent again.

Joe we had a great time. The kids had a lot of fun building sandcastles, swimming and kayaking!

The water views and accommodations of this property are hard to beat. Stunning!
