Waterfront Home, Short Walk to Beach, Deck/Balcony

Clean andGood location as expected

We were there only one night but the place was very nice. After a long day at the beach it was very comforting. Awesome location, great deck out back for evenings and mornings. Loved our stay!!

Pro's: close to the beach, games for the family, close to places to eat, and shop.Con's: House is somewhat out dated, foul smell coming from dishwasher, parking is narrow, neighbors had multiple cars parking partially in our drive,

This place was wonderful. Our group had 3 couples and there was plenty of room for everyone. Beds were comfortable. The back deck and canal views were peaceful. Short distance to everything we needed. The access to the beach chairs and umbrellas was a plus and truly made our beach days much more enjoyable! We look forward to coming again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The home was very nice and clean, and stocked with everything we could have needed. It was nice having a washer/dryer on site, and all utensils and necessary cookware and serveware we could have needed. We loved the short distance to the beach, and the beach was breathtaking!… as well as low-key. We didn’t use the pier access, we used the access at the end of our street and it seemed to be less crowded. The chairs provided were also very nice. The backwater was very peaceful and had a cute little setup to sit out with your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The property owner was extremely attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again! Five stars!

Quiet place near beach and anything you need is close by. Host supplies most things on property you need for the beach. Good local restaurants within 5-10 minutes.

Generally good all round. Peaceful, all house amenities in place. Good communication. Fair price against similar in area ,and you don't need a big house here as you will be outside or on beach most of the time. A few food and morning coffee options on the corner Everyone we spoke to locally were friendly. Visited Destin and Pensacola, which were ok , but far more touristy than Navarre ,so you decide... Oh ,outside lights need a few bulbs replacing.

We had an excellent stay at the beach house. The kitchen is small but is well-appointed and organized. We enjoyed using the beach chairs and umbrellas. Overall the house feels right for the price. AC keeps the house nice and cool and it's a short walk to the gulf beach.

Everything was awesome. The condo was very clean and inviting. We will definitely recommend and stay there again. Loved the availability for shopping and restaurants.

The house was great and the location was even better! Everything was clean and the bedrooms were very comfortable. Plenty of parking. The only room for improvement would be the dock needs a little work for tying up boats and the grill was not the best and needed a few more grill utensils(or let the renter know so they can bring their own). Also had great communication with the own, check in was super easy and convenient. Overall my friends and I had a great time!!!

We decided to extend our vacation by 1 day and were lucky to find this listing. We enjoyed the quiet area and beautiful beach! Check in was easy and communication was very responsive.Great host!
