The management company is amazing. We had trouble with the grill working and they showed up immediately on a Sunday and fixed it in time for supper. We have already booked for next June!

The location is brilliant as we can walk to local shops, restaurants and bars. The design of the house means you can see up the canals fromMost rooms in the house and it is great to have a dock to sit out on in the morning. There is a master bedroom including a large walk in shower and closet plus loads of cupboard space. On the other side of the house are 3 bedrooms. 2 x double and a twin. There is a separate smaller bathroomWhich leads straight to the pool. There were loads of towels and beach towels provided. The starter kit from Marco was a great help with washing liquid and kitchen rolls etc. there are loads of storage on the kitchen and all utensils and gadgets such as a kettle, mixer, juicer, toaster. The fridge and freezer was very large and plenty of room for allOur shopping. Flat screen smart tv’s are in every room. Fans are in every room. The spa is great and the pool was a perfect temperature. Great outdoor space. Garage has some Beach chairs and a couple of Boogie boards, umbrella etc. it has a large lounge area with three large couches and two easy recliner chairs and wherever you sit you have great views and the sunsets are amazing. Marco we’re always on hand immediately if we needed anything or had any questions and sent reminders for the trash which was helpful. Absolutely loved this property.

The house was beautiful. It had plenty of space and was in a great location. The pool and hot tub were awesome! We had an amazing week there!

Place was ready to go, super clean and everything ready to go. Great location to everything we needed. Property could use grab bars in the shower and a kurig.

The pool area was amazing with views across the canal with privacy either side. Would love to return to this home again. The rental company are the best I have dealt with in Florida over my 25 years of staying in the state.
