Waterfront Home On Muskegon Channel

This excellent property has become an annual getaway for us, and we stay longer each year.

Nice home with great views! Great places within a short distance for dining and entertainment.

It was great to have the boats to watch coming in and out of the channel. Very relaxing and close to beaches. It only rained once, and the sun was out most days. I wish my stay could have been longer.

Unique house on the Muskegon channel offers excellent views of waterfowl, and boats and ships travelling between the bay and the lake. There's a outdoor table with an umbrella near the dock that's perfect for meals. With a jog to the street you can walk out to the channel walkway. Hardwood floors through most of the house. There's a washer/dryer, helpful if you're spending time at the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Checkout rules are low key - just dump your trash and put your dishes in the dishwasher. My wife loved this house. We will try to rent here again in years to come.

Loved staying at the channel house. Having dock access made the trip even more special, as my family could swing by and pick us up for beach days. Simply cannot beat the location. The property is clean and great for families with children.

Such a perfect little cottage on the inlet! The space was great and fit our family of five no problem. The room with bunk was perfect for kids, there were even some games and books for them to get in to. The main room had plenty of closet space and was very nice. The rest of the house was very spacious and kitchen had everything you could need. The outdoor space was amazing. There is a small dock with patio and chairs that is awesome to sit out on and watch the boats come in. We hope to visit again!

We have stayed at this property several times - we do not consider any alternatives. Great place!

The grill required charcoal. It would have been better to know in advance but required an extra trip to store for purchase. Minor inconvenience All else nearly perfect We would return

Excellent property location on the inlet channel. Spent most the time in the yard on the water relaxing, fishing, grilling and watching the sunsets.

This is the second summer that my family has stayed here. The space works great for my family of 5. We enjoyed fishing right off the back dock, the easy walk to the channel, and being minutes away from Pere Marquette. We hope to be back again in the future!

What a total hidden Gem, perfect spot, great access with our boat, a great house with everything we needed!!

We loved our time in Muskegon! The house was perfect for our small family. The location made it easy to walk to the beach, a few restaurants, and other attractions. We especially loved eating breakfast on the dock and watching boats and wildlife go by. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you!!

Cozy, immaculately clean, nicely decorated, one-story in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful property. Great location within walking distance to two beautiful beaches. We had one beach all to ourselves for two sunny days! This was our second stay at this property. We certainly plan to return.
