Enjoy your time on the water only 10 minutes from I-75, close to the ATV trails, 12 minutes to dining and shopping (Wal-Mart, Food City and several local restaurants) and a quick five minute boat ride from Twin Cove Marina. This spacious house is nearly 4000 square feet on a quiet cul-de-sac with five bedrooms and three full bathrooms with plenty of entertaining areas for adults and kids. There are four queen beds, a twin bed and a bunk bed, perfect for families or groups including a spacious master bedroom and bathroom. The main floor features the kitchen, dining room with seating for up to 10 with seating for 8 on the deck, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room with smart tv for streaming, an additional family room off of the kitchen and a laundry room.

The downstairs living area features a large open area with a pool table/ping pong table, full size air hockey table, small foosball table and a bar area. There are also two smart TV's with firesticks for streaming in the basement at the bar and the game area. Downstairs you will also find two more bedrooms and a full bathroom.

Enjoy your time outdoors with a propane grill, relaxing on two large 600 square foot decks overlooking the water with two covered dining tables upstairs and two sitting areas downstairs. This home also has its own two-story dock with seating on top and year round deep water.
