Waterfront Home Accommodates up to 10 Guests!

This home was beautiful and perfectly located, with every amenity we needed! Lots of stairs for littles and gates available to rent or purchase won't fit, but we did not need those after all. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, open living room, pool, and deck were beautiful. We so enjoyed our stay here!

We had a wonderful stay! Clean house, great location to beach and we absolutely loved the private pool! We rented a golf cart which I would recommend to make it easier to get around and explore. We would book again for sure!

This home needs a lot of work. It is very dirty. We ended up staying only one night out of the 7 nights that we had booked.

This property was perfect for our extended family! From the pool in the back to the dock out to the bay to the short walk to the beach it was amazing! The beach could not have been better. It was not at all crowded and the water was great as well.

Awesome house and location for our two families to spend Thanksgiving week together. So close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, and the waterfront views were so relaxing. Thanks for a fantastic experience!

Great house for family get together. The grandkids enjoyed fishing off the dock, beach just a block away. Hot tub great after we put the kids to bed. House in great location. Property was clean, we had plenty of towels, beach towels and toys for pool and beach. With small children it would have been nice to have rails for bunk beds. Would rent this house again,,

This home was perfect for our three families. We had 6 adults and 5 kids and the space was more than enough. The location of this home is absolutely perfect for beach time and pool time! The backyard and deck were the perfect settings for kids to play and swim. We caught lots of catfish from deck out back. We could see The kids well from the decks while they swam in the pool. Then after the pool Time We would walk across the street and go play in the ocean. The home had boogie boards, chairs, beach toys. It also had lots of rafts for the pool as well. All in all we could not have had a better vacation here. I would say on top of all the bonuses this house had... the location was the best part. It could not be in a better location. Perfect outdoor area plus beach across the street. And the beach across the street was never too busy. We would 100% stay here again. The only issue we had was with getting the tv working at first... the owner personally FaceTimed me to run me through the remote portions until we got it going. That’s pretty awesome service. Management was responsive as well. Highly recommend this spot. You cannot go wrong with this beauty home!! It’s perfect!!

Our family decided to take a 2 week vacation and happen to find this amazing property. The pictures and description were right on and the location could not be better. We caught several fish from the dock and it’s a very short walk to the beach. We saw dolphins and manatees often from the dock. The neighbors are awesome and even accepted an Instacart order when we weren’t home yet. We plan to visit this property more often.

Two different families came together to celebrate the graduation of two from Eckerd College. This was a perfect house for a large group to be able to each find their own space and relax. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The pool deck spacious and well appointed. We loved the fire pit and the dock! It was easy to drop in our kayaks or paddleboards and explore the channels and just as easy to carry them a few blocks to the beach and play in the ocean. Every morning we sat on the deck drinking coffee and watched the manatees eating in the seagrass beds. Dolphins swam by at least once a day. A very welcoming and comfortable place - we all enjoyed it so very much!

Love this property! Love the views and location. The house was very clean and it was stocked with plenty of supplies, pot, pans, towels, etc. Would definitely go back!
