Stayed Apr 30, 2026Convenient location with easy highway access. One of the bedrooms had no working outlets and the handyman the owner sent to resolve the issue couldn’t sort it out. Some of the dishes in the cupboard were dirty. Guests wanting to prepare meals at the house should know that the grill takes charcoal, not gas (and the time to use it), and the kitchen is not particularly well equipped when it comes to serving bowls and dishes, utensils and tools, mixing bowls, etc. it has lots of drinking glasses and enough plates & silverware. There were 6 in our party. The bunk bed room makes it especially suited for families with kids; not as much for a full house of adults who need to get up in the middle of the night.

Stayed Oct 18, 2025I booked this home again because I knew exactly what I was getting, one of the best homes in the Minneapolis area. The amenities are second to none. The host is always quick to respond. The location is central to everything Minneapolis has to offer. Five stars aren’t good enough for this estate. I would give more if I could.

Stayed Apr 30, 2025Clean, well situated property. We loved relaxing on the porch overlooking the water! The house was a perfect share for me, my husband, our two teenaged sons, and our friends who joined us for JazzFest. It was such a nice, quiet location to return to in the event after fun-filled days. A car is definitely recommended.

Lisa was amazing with communication, even helping us navigate weather and finding an open store so we could feed our family during some very unprecedented weather during our stay. It was not the vacation we planned, everything was closed for days, but we were safe and warm in this home. My teen even left his AirPods behind and they were mailed back to us. Honestly & integrity are hard to find, you’ll be glad you chose this Vrbo!!!

Stayed Jun 20, 2024I wasn't sure what to expect... I grew up in Slidell but on the other side of town. I forgot how convenient Slidell is to everything, NOLA south and beaches to the east. I recommend this home to anybody interested in exploring the area and needing some rest and relaxation. The home was clean and spacious. The owner was very accommodating. Great vacay!
