Stayed Jan 24, 2026Everything about this home and the layout was perfect for us. The location was great! We were in a nice quiet neighborhood but also near many restaurants and retail stores that were within a 5-10 minute drive. It is a nice-clean home with a heated pool and all the amenities you can imagine. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Stayed Jan 4, 2026House was beautiful, Clean well-maintained, Super comfortable beds, great amenities like bicycles, ping, pong, and a heated pool. Great location. You can walk to downtown Cape Coral. Host was friendly, easy to contact and was quick to reply if you have questions!

Stayed Jan 18, 20255113 Avalon was very nice, clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We enjoyed the pool and taking walks in the neighborhood with our dogs. The house matches all the pictures in the listing.

Stayed Oct 19, 2024This property worked out just perfectly for us. Within blocks of our friends and so many great places in downtown Cape. Pool life was outstanding. Every kitchen utensil imaginable to have meals at home, comfy beds, great showers.

Stayed Jul 25, 2022What a great house. It was so clean and comfortable. I stayed in touch in with manager too. Very friendly! We walked every morning in the hood, it was a very safe and clean neighborhood too. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Mar 22, 2022House and pool were exactly as pictured and described. We had an awesome stay enjoyng the bikes, the pool, the local Yacht Club and the variety of beaches. We would highly recommend this location.

Stayed Aug 9, 2021This property is amazing. It is very clean and nicely remodeled. The kitchen is very well equipped, the pool is nice, and the house also comes with a ping pong table, bikes and kayaks. The property location provides easy access to the river.
