Stayed Jan 17, 2026We had a very nice two weeks in this home. The Hosts were very flexible and easy to work with. We had no issues ,and had no reason to contact them during our stay. The house was very well supplied with really anything we could have needed. Large Kitchen that was very well supplied for any needs that we had. The pool area and the pier were very nice to hang out on,on warm sunny days . Nice to be on the water and watch the boat traffic. The neighborhood was also very nice ,and quiet. It is a great location with many options for dining,and shopping all less than 20 minutes away. Split floorplan was also nice with bedrooms at opposite ends of the house for more privacy . The pool was bigger than most ,and was kept at a nice comfortable temperature. Very comfortable living space for up to 6 adults.

Stayed Dec 13, 2025We absolutely loved this rental. Spacious and clean. The pool was amazing and we enjoyed the dock and having morning coffee at the tiki hut. The next door neighbor was very nice and let us know of local places to visit. He even brought over a newspaper for us. We can’t wait to visit again but next time we will stay longer than 10 days.

It is beautifully furnished, and the tiki bar is a great place to watch the sunrise on one side and the sunset on the other.On the second day, dolphins swam past in the canal.The furniture under the canopy is very comfortable and we also liked it very much.Communication with the landlord was smooth and very friendly.Here and there, some things could be cleaned better (drawers, cupboards, and some accessories in the kitchen).Wifi was excellent.The pool has a broken spot on the bottom.

Stayed Jan 10, 2025The house was spacious with a great floor plan. The tiki area on the dock was awesome. Sadly the weather didn’t allow us to take advantage of all the property had to offer such as the pool, bikes, etc. but those amenities are great to have.

Stayed Jun 25, 2024The house, pool, and lanai were wonderful! We spent our evenings on the lanai and even though it was summer, the two ceiling fans kept it pleasant. We were less than 30 minutes from pretty much all we wanted to do - beach, golf, Fort Myers downtown, etc. GREAT PROPERTY1 Highly recommend it!
