This was a GREAT place to stay!! Very nice house, the game room was awesome! I was suprised at how well the house was stocked with TP, paper towels, coffee pods etc. Thats kind of unusual for a VRBO. Communication was perfect.Highly recommend this house. Our whole family loved it.

We had a great relaxing time. The kids really enjoyed the game room and having their own TV in their room. The views were amazing and access to water/dock was nice. Highly reccommend!

We were very impressed with the house and the view of the lake. Kids got to kayak several times. Comfortable TV room with a wall of sliding glass doors looking out on the lake. Lots of boat traffic. There was a whole house a/c plus split systems in living room and master. We had no problem keeping cool. I would highly recommend this property.

This lake house was perfect for our ladies getaway. We loved the game room. Loved the porch with swinging chairs. Lots of outdoor seating & tables. This was a great place to unwind after Granbury Square shopping & taking in a concert. A must stay if ever in Granbury.

We had a fabulous time, and our two furry friends loved the way they could hang out on porch with us. The views were amazing and my teens had a great time kayaking, fishing and hanging out in hot yup. We played family games together in the game room and enjoyed many great memories. We will definitely return if possible.

We should have read the reviews to see that often the hot tub isn’t working or clean enough to get in. Our family stayed here over New Years and our kids were looking forward to using the hot tub. Day of check in we were informed it wasn’t working but someone was coming to repair it. Didn’t get fixed, so the kids couldn’t use it. The home appeared to not have been stayed in in a while. It was very dusty and spiders and spider webs were all over. We all slept on top of the beds with our own blankets rather than in the beds as they were dusty. We were asked to start the dishwasher upon leaving and did but it was leaking all over the floor so we turned it off. We paid for 2 nights but left after the first night.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this nice house on the lake. Plenty of room and great views of the lake.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cozy lake house. Plenty of space and amenities and a beautiful lakefront property. We absolutely loved our time!

Overall they house was neat and clean, part of it may have been on us to not do our due diligence in renting this property. This is a two level house and if you have small ones, you need to be careful with the steps.. Coffee is supplied so that was a very nice touch. The air to the downstairs bedrooms did not work very well. The view was beautiful with being able to see the lake right outside your window. The host was responsive when we had questions.

We had a blast!!!! My family and I loved it here. It was a great place to get around on the lake and to chill on the dock. We rented a boat from Sam’s Boat Rentals ( very nice people). Thank you Jeff and Deanna for allowing us to enjoy your little piece of heaven and make memories.

It was a very nice, comfortable house! Location was perfect for our paddle board trip of 4! Loved having the hot tub when we got off water - wind was bad so hot tub real treat! Enjoyed large kitchen since we cooked every night! Highly recommend!!!

We absolutely loved this location! We stayed with our son and his family. There’s so much to do, and if you find yourself getting out of the house, downtown was beautiful. The views are to die for, whether you’re sitting on the couch inside or on the deck. We did bring our own fans, not realizing they had some in the closets. Our family loved this place so much, we all plan on making this an annual getaway.

The property was well-equipped with items for your entertainment. There was a pool table, foosball/hockey table, piano, golf putting green, fire pit, kayaks, fishing gear, ping pong table, covered fishing dock, and a TV and Wi-Fi in every room. It was a great place for our family to stay and fish and play.

We reserved this property for 3 nights, stayed for 2 and had a total of 9 guests in our party. Overall, the house was clean and the views are of the lake are very nice. The best and most innovative part of this property is the pet friendly area. They created a great space for our pets, very nicely done! Lots of tv access. The pool, ping pong, and foosball tables were good entertainment. We were disappointed with the condition of the hot tub. Upon arrival we opened the hot tub and the water was an off-colored, yellowish color and there was an odd smell. We have a hot tub personally and know how a well-maintained hot tub should be. We were not comfortable getting in. In addition, there appeared to be a leak in the hot tub as we noticed water collecting and running from under it and it had lost considerable water by the time we left and there was exposed wiring running from the back of the hot tub. The air vents do not run into all of the downstairs bedrooms, but there are ceiling fans. However, there was only one remote for all three fans. It was difficult to cool down. The bedroom next to the laundry room is supposed to have a queen size bed. The box spring was queen, but the mattress was a full size mattress. The upstairs room was very comfortable to sleep in. The kitchen and living room with balcony were wonderful places to hang out. Overall, we enjoyed our weekend and stay here.

This home has everything you could want to a getaway! Clean and affordable too!

We had a great stay at this house. Everything was as advertised. We had two families and we all enjoyed the stay. We will definitely be back!
