Waterfront Getaway in Indian Rocks Beach

We enjoyed our stay in this rental but it was very obvious we were his first renters. The home itself is very old but freshly remodeled. It was absolutely spotless clean! The backyard pool is absolutely beautiful (the yard was our favorite part of the home by far!). The house is an easy 10 minute or less walk to the beautiful beach. Very quiet, safe, residential neighborhood. Most rentals I’ve stayed at had recommendations for nearby restaurants and things to do, and although this home didn’t have it, EVERY nearby restaurant we visited was great. Recommendations we have for owner: make a broom and mop available to renters (he told me there was some in the locked garage that he gave me the code to, but the code didn’t work) because the tile floor is VERY slippery with any little bit of water or sand on it. I suggest new bed sheets because the ones in the second master and the bunk bed room were very old and dingy with multiple stains. The other two bedrooms sheets were fine. All the towels were new and fluffy. He did have some beach towels available for our use but I would suggest some beach things such as: chairs, an umbrella, a wagon, cooler, and even some beach toys. When people are coming into town by flying most of that stuff isn’t packed and it’s very convenient to have available to use. I would suggest a small dresser in two of the bedrooms that currently don’t have anything but the closet. I would suggest leaving a pool net out for guests to be able to clean the pool.
