Stayed Jan 27, 2026Kevin’s house was impeccable. This is a wonderful location in a very nice neighborhood. Our first time on the west coast of Florida and this location gave us the opportunity to really explore the area. The house was very clean and well appointed. We really enjoyed the house and thank the Williams family for the use of this great home. We hope to visit again in the future.

Stayed Jan 8, 2026Great house for a short stay. We were in the area for fishing tournament and the property was just right for us. House was super clean and had everything you need. Really appreciate the simple check in and out with a great common sense set of rules. Also enjoyed the nice quiet neighborhood. Thanks for having us.

Stayed Feb 12, 2025Canal home, had to go to Port Charlotte beach boat ramp to launch kayaks. Home was central to lots of activities. Home was modern, clean and great for family gathering
