Waterfront Getaway in Charming Beach Town!

Worked out perfectly for our family gathering needing additional sleeping & space. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful, very clean home on a canal in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Loved the decor. We appreciated the home being well stocked with everything we needed. Lots of space and room for 8 people easily. Home was as described. Quiet neighborhood. Clean, well-stocked home. Enjoyed watching the pelicans and the Rays and the jumping mullet fish.

The villa was fabulous, tastefully decorated but maintained a home from home feel, it was very clean and the host had left some thoughtful little touches, the beds were also extremely comfortable. The area was quiet and well maintained and provided us with easy access to visit places like Cape Coral Fort Myers etc. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and Publix & Walmart were about a 7 minute drive away. Excellent communication from our host and I would highly recommend a stay here, the photos don't really do it justice.

Kevin’s house was impeccable. This is a wonderful location in a very nice neighborhood. Our first time on the west coast of Florida and this location gave us the opportunity to really explore the area. The house was very clean and well appointed. We really enjoyed the house and thank the Williams family for the use of this great home. We hope to visit again in the future.

Great house for a short stay. We were in the area for fishing tournament and the property was just right for us. House was super clean and had everything you need. Really appreciate the simple check in and out with a great common sense set of rules. Also enjoyed the nice quiet neighborhood. Thanks for having us.

Canal home, had to go to Port Charlotte beach boat ramp to launch kayaks. Home was central to lots of activities. Home was modern, clean and great for family gathering
