Stayed Jan 18, 2026The property and home are beautiful. Very clean, plenty of room for two couples, and great amenities. Lots of little great touches to add to the coastal vibe! Updated kitchen, comfy furniture indoors for chilly nights relaxing in front of huge tv. Outdoor furniture was great - looking to purchase similar outdoor furniture for our own home! Conveniently located to all that Cape Coral has to offer - and close to Fort Myers beach for extra added fun! Host was friendly, easy to work with and was quick to respond to inquiries. Would recommend!

Stayed Dec 31, 2025We loved the house. Beautiful decor and well equipped kitchen (only items missing in kitchen were a colander and 9 x 13 baking pan). We loved the game room, pool area and kayaks. The information about the house from the host was impressive, no detail was left out. The only downside was that there wasn’t a backup propane tank for the outdoor griddle. I would think with the price that we paid to rent the house, that should have been included.

Stayed Dec 24, 2022Our family loved our stay! The house was extremely clean, the kitchen was very well stocked with enough cooking tools to make a delicious Christmas Dinner for our family. We loved the views and sunset. Despite it being December, my daughter still enjoyed the pool. We had an excellent time playing games and sharing some quality family time together. The property manager was kind, prompt and answered all of our questions plus more. It is a great place to stay, highly recommended! HannahB
