Amazing stay. Beautiful view. Very clean and with all the amenities. So convenient to all the fun on the Delaware beaches and Ocean City, MD. The hosts are fantastic and communicated throughout our booking and during the trip. Exceeded our expectations.

Great home, centrally located to everything you’d want in a beach community. The owners were spot on with all of their recommendations and communication could not have been better. We would definitely recommend this awesome home for a relaxing vacation.

My wife, son and I stayed at this location from July 7th to July 11th. What a beautiful house! The kitchen was well stocked with everything that you would need to eat in. The bedrooms were roomy, comfortable and airy with the high ceilings. The view is very beautiful of the bay. My son and I enjoyed crabbing off of the boat docks in the back. We also enjoyed the pool which was unoccupied each day we used it. Andrew (the owner) was a delight to work with. Each time I would reach out to ask a question he responded very quickly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. We were approx 1 mile from Fenwick Beach State Park which we went to and there are numerous places to eat and get ice cream from this location. Thank you Andrew for sharing your house with us.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The location is convenient to just about everything. The house is beautiful and very well appointed. Little touches like finding toilet paper, laundry soap, and various other staples already there. I fell in love with their brand new washer/dryer stack… It works much better than what I have at home and now I’m shopping for something similar.The view from the three back decks is extraordinary. As the cherry on top, our host, Andrew, was always readily available, helpful and extremely eager to please. We will likely be back next year.

I cannot say enough about this townhome. I have rented many places from Rehoboth to OC and this stay was hands down the best! Top rate in every aspect and the property owners could not have been any more pleasant to deal with.

The condo is so well located and very comfortable. The owners are beyond nice and responsive! The condo looks out on the water and view is fantastic.

Review space limited so I'll start with bare facts: The house is great! Comfortable and well cared for. Parking and home location convenient. Hosts were SO friendly and easy to work with! Details: When we arrived, I was THRILLED to see that our 2 assigned parking spaces were directly in front of our unit. We had about 3 or 4 steps up to the front porch so unloading was easy. (So many beach properties are not accessed on ground level. You have a full staircase or elevator to deal with). The view out back is stunning as the photos show. Serene! kitchen is very well appointed, & they have most everything you will need. Read your amenities list to confirm your needs are met. For example, they have a coffee pot but I prefer the ease of a pod (Keurig type) machine, so I brought mine along. I would say the only other thing I didn't see was a stove-top flat pan for making our pancakes. We Suffered through using a frying pan! The beverage fridge was really nice since we usually run out of fridge space. The first staircase is open which proved to be too much temptation for the 2 yo but the hosts had a baby gate- they really thought of everything! Bedrooms were all great & beds cozy. Neighborhood was nice - well kept. No noise issues. I was concerned left turns on Rt. 54 would be hard but that was only an issue a couple busy times. (So we just turned right and made a u-turn via other neighborhood). Bonus: the kayak & fishing equipment. Hosts -Great to work with! We hope to be back!

We loved our stay here! The owners were super helpful and gave us everything we needed prior to even arriving at the property. Everything was as listed and my family and I had an amazing week at the beach. Andrew was super responsive to texts and made sure we were aware of all the extras that were available for my young boys. Check in/out was super easy and there were no surprises. Everything was as great as described!

Our recent stay in Fenwick Island was nothing short of spectacular! The home we rented exceeded all expectations, providing us with a perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm. The location was ideal, a short distance of fantastic local restaurants that offered delicious seafood and unique culinary experiences. Every meal felt like a delightful adventure. The beach activities were plentiful, whether it was beachcombing for shells or trying out water sports. One of our favorite moments was enjoying our morning coffee on the deck. The view was breathtaking, with the sound of waves in the background and the fresh ocean breeze invigorating us for the day ahead. We couldn't have asked for a better place to relax, recharge, and create lasting memories. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking to enjoy the best of Fenwick Island!
