The home was in great, interior, condition. Host kept me continually updated on ingress and egress requirements and we were able to go in early which was a huge benefit.

This house was just great. It was very clean, stocked with all the essentials for cooking/grilling. The sunsets are amazing. Paula, our host, was easy to reach and responded promptly to any questions or requests we had. Highly recommend this property and host.

A great place to stay! There’s enough separate spaces for 8 people to have privacy and the public spaces are roomy and inviting for when the group wants to spend time together. The scenery is beautiful and the property has everything you could need or want for a fun time at the lake.

Wonderful house for a weekend family gathering! There was ample space for everyone! Extra refrigerators in the garage were great to have! We spent most of our time outside, the backyard, fire pit and beach area were awesome! The house is well stocked with indoor and outdoor fun!

We had a great week at the lake. The view was amazing (once the window condensation evaporates late morning). Kayaking and SUP were fun. The kids loved the floating mat. Hot tub was relaxing. Firepit with the wood made for a memorable evening making s'mores. The grill was perfect for French toast/pancakes in the morning and cookouts for dinner. One negative (which did not ruin our trip at all), is that the house probably could use a deep clean (an example: some light fixtures look as though they have never been dusted). Overall, the house was great! A thing to note is that 2 bedrooms downstairs do not have windows (one being a King room).

Everything was perfect. We feel they thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable. Kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed.

What a wonderful week! Great decision renting the boat and the float too! Fun times on both. We kayaked, tubed, dove off the dock, had snores and mountain lies at the fire pit and just had a general lovely time! The house is so fabulous, comfy and had so much room. Perfect location on the lake and stores were only 10 min away. Paula and Jeff were always quick to answer any questions.

My family stayed here and loved it! The house has the perfect back yard with the beach and dock, the cove is less crowded with the lower bridge blocking out large boats. The owners are very responsive and great ti work with. Highly recommend!

Had an amazing week with friends and family on the lake. The property is comfortable and has everything you would need to enjoy a week with friends and family. Awesome sloped beach front is unbearable. Great Lake location. Communication with host was easy. Will definitely be back!

Perfect for hosting a larger group. Full house but never felt cramped. The lake and private was a hit. Plenty of activities around the property. Never bored.

Our family stayed here as home base for our daughter's welcome dinner and wedding in Mooresville/ Cleveland. The property and amenities were enjoyed by all - and just as advertised. The home was clean and nicely furnished. Beds were the most comfortable I've slept in outside of my own. We really enjoyed the fire pit, fishing and the kayaks! Paula was a responsive and gracious host. Highly recommend!

The house accommodated our group of cousins perfectly for a long weekend - must travel with folks you don’t mind sharing bathrooms with.

I love this place. The perfect size for a great getaway. Not too big so it still maintains coziness but not to small so is doesn’t feel cramped. Everything you need from beautiful views, sandy beach, kayaks to beautiful interior with many comforts to make the stay a wonderful vacation from reality. And best part is the host are truly amazing!

Beautiful home decorated wonderfully for Christmas. Room for everyone, activities for the young people.Huge downstairs gathering room. Kitchen equipped with every thing we needed Fantastic view of the lake. Firepit reasonably close to house. Plenty of parking. Extra fridge in garage.

Our multigenerational family - two toddlers, two sets of parents, and one set of grandparents - had a great three day stay. The house worked incredibly well for our different families to each have their own space and also spend a lot of time together. The weather didn’t cooperate but there was lots to keep us occupied inside and still explore the beach a bit during breaks in the rain. The location has easy access to everything you will need. I would highly recommend!

This vacation home was near perfect for our family holiday - in spite of the chilly weather that kept us far away from the lake. We were, however, very disappointed that we were unable to use the living room gas fireplace. The 30 degree weather would have been more easily conquered and much more enjoyable with a cheery fire. That said, this would be a most amazing summer rental with gorgeous views, several water craft, a great dock, and perfect little beach.

Our family with adult children were in town for a dear friends wedding. There were 9 adults and everyone had their own room/privacy. Three and a half bathroom were plenty for us to get ready. It's always fun to stay together, when we have enough room. The two large living spaces allowed us to all be in the same room at the same time. We enjoyed playing pool downstairs. I'd love to have our whole family come stay again, with the grandkids! There was a lot to do outside but we just weren't there long enough to get to use everything. Checkout was a breeze.

Our group had an amazing time! We all had our own space and the amenities were perfect for us. The owner was super helpful, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay here again!

This is the second time we have stayed at this house. We love it so much we have booked it again for our annual trip to the charlotte area! We loved it so much the first time that we extended our stay one extra day so we could enjoy the house! The house has plenty of room for our family of 11! The owner was brilliant and labeled the kitchen so there is no time wasted in the kitchen! The view from the deck is breathtaking!! We can’t wait for our trip next year!!

Beautiful home and property on Lake Norman. The home has great spaces for gathering yet still cozy and relaxing. The fishing was amazing! One of the best vacation homes we have stayed in on Lake Norman! We will definitely be back!

We’ve been renting houses on Lake Norman for years. This property is hands down the best on the lake - location, dock access, beach front, well appointed kitchen, overall cleanliness - the list goes on. Do yourself a favor and rent this house for your next large family vacation.
