Waterfront Escape: Pet-Friendly, Hot Tub, Family Reunions, 10 Mins to Chelan Fun

Beautiful house. Beautiful view. We saw a bald eagle 2 of the mornings we were there. This the first place I have stayed that I would agree with their definition of a well stocked kitchen. Great fit for our family reunion.

Beautiful location on the Columbia River and close to Chelan, where our family enjoyed the Riverwalk. There were 13 of us and we had plenty of room. Didn't need the extra bedroom in the cottage. The heat in the cottage was a bit difficult to regulate, but we spent most of our time in the main house. Host was very responsive.

Everything. Host was communicative and friendly. House was great, clean, accommodating in every way. Hot tub was a fun plus. Will be booking again.

We had an amazing time! We would rent again and again hopefully the summer is not too booked so we can come back!

The host was very friendly and communicative. We were very happy with the house. There was enough bedrooms for everybody to have their own private space even with a big party. The kitchen had what we needed. Check out and check in were easy. The hot tub was hot and ready to go.

Location, dock and house were wonderful. Would have been better if landscaping was up to date so we could see the river view. The house wasn’t cleaned very well but we enjoyed it over all and will most likely stay there again. Management was great and very friendly.

Beautiful stay! Great weather for lounging on the deck, playing croquet, splashing in the river, and making good meals together.

I really appreciated the location and spaciousness of this home — it worked well for our group in that regard. That said, I do think the property could benefit from better maintenance. Unfortunately, there were several dampers on the experience that I wish I’d had a better heads-up about before arriving.For starters, there was active construction with excavators happening right next to the yard for three days of our stay. This was with no heads up. The oven in the main house also broke, which made cooking meals a challenge. The stairway down to the dock felt especially unsafe — several of the cinder blocks were displaced and unstable, and since we had young kids with us, it added an extra level of concern.There was also a significant outdoor bug issue, which I understand can be difficult to control, however, the house didn’t appear to have been cleaned thoroughly — there were bugs in the overhead lights, windowsills, and in the kitchen. This was on top of the bathrooms not being properly cleaned, as well as finding a dirty sheet tray with old food on it in the oven upon arrival. This is the first negative review I have ever written since I really try to give the benefit of the doubt - but for the price I was really hoping for a better experience where the state of the house hadn’t affected the quality of our stay. I reached out to property management upon checkout to bring awareness to these things during our stay, but unfortunately received very little in response.

The house and cottage were perfect for annual golf trip. We'll definitely stay here again.

The home, deck and location were absolutely beautiful! Would most certainly stay again.

The house was great. Big enough to have gatherings and play games but also lots of space to get away for some privacy. Having the second cottage attached to the garage was really nice for taking a little break from the rest of the group. Huge yard and deck. All the necessary kitchen equipment you could need. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Ample parking.

We had such a great time hosting our family and friends for a small wedding at this property. The management team was super responsive and easy to work with. The property was beautiful and the views of the river were breathtaking. Looking forward to staying here in the future!

The home is spacious for a large group. Beautiful location on the river and not too far from Leavenworth and other areas.

Loved the location! House was big and great for how many people we had! Only thing was we had to keep going back and forth with cooking supplies because the cottage wasn’t as stocked as the main house. But that’s what kids are for.

Well located on the river with a large secluded parcel. Nice size kitchen and table that accommodated all 8 of us. Main house was all glass facing west and the river. Lots of bird activity on the river. Three minutes drive to the falls for more bird watching that served 2 of us every morning at sunrise. 10 minute drive to Chelan. We made lots of use of the grill and spacious deck. 5 of us had private rooms in the main house an three stayed in the “attached” separate space (2 in bedrooms plus one on fold out couch in the kitchen that included a private bathroom with shower). Since it was apple harvest season, there were lots of traffic on the highway above, but the house a yard is more than 20’ below and somewhat shielded. Not really an issue for us. The big TV in the living room operates via Roku - fortunately one of us spoke Roku, otherwise it might have been a challenge. With a bit of rearranged furniture it served our football viewing needs well. This was a great place to stage a visit to lake Chelan.

We had a lot of fun! There’s a little beach area by the gazebo that is super cool and not even really highlighted in the pictures. The beds seemed very very hard to me, but others in my group seemed to prefer them that way.

Clean, spacious property and a great, private location. Close to town, pet friendly, and a fun place to get away. Would definitely return!

Perfect for large gatherings!! The property had a huge yard and plenty of room for our family of 20!! The dock and small beach on the property kept young and old busy during the day and plenty of room on the deck to play to board games! Everyone had a good time and plan to return!

We had a great time staying in this location for a family reunion. There were 17 of us, and plenty of space for everyone with the main house and carriage house. We loved having a dock to moor our boat for the week, and the launch was just a couple of miles up the road. The proximity to Chelan (about 10-12 minutes drive) made it easy to grocery shop or eat out if we didn’t feel like cooking after a long day on the lake. The hot tub was nice to soak tired muscles, and the beautiful lawn space allowed for games like corn hole or playing a game of catch. The house is pet-friendly, although we didn’t bring any. We really loved the private location, as there was only one other house at the opposite end of the drive off Hwy 97.

The house and guest house are comfortable, and the kitchens are well-stocked with dishes, cooking items, etc. We did have an issue with a bad smell coming from the septic, but the property manager handled it quickly. We had a large family gathering and the house functioned well. The location is off a highway, so there is no place to go for walks, however this is a dock and a small beach area, as well as two decks and plenty of lawn space. All in all, it was a great place.
