On the lower level, you'll find a spacious garage game room outfitted with air hockey, ping pong and foosball, as well as two additional bedrooms (Queen, and Queen/Full).
And when you want to get out on the water, this home shares a dock with a neighbor allowing you to tie off your own boat or cast a line and fish for salmon, walleye, and bass.
