Waterfront, dog-friendly home with dock, kayaks, NEW hot tub, game room, & AC

Very clean upon arrival. Disappointed to find out hot tub was not working and was not told about it until we checked in. Hot tub was main reason for choosing this location. Did receive a refund quickly though for the inconvenience

Loved our stay!

Great property with plenty of room. We had 12 adults and did not feel cramped at all. Great game room area for rainy evenings. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need. Loved the washer and dryer, dishwasher and A/C.

Everything was almost perfect except the beach area was full of seaweed and the grandkids had to go into town to swim. The Kape was spacious and modern. The firepit was a gathering spot at night for long conversations & remembering past vacations. My family had been going to the same place for 35 years straight until this year.

We were pleasantly surprised. The place was perfect for our group of 7. We usually come to visit with our family of 20, and spend most of our time at their place, but found we liked staying at ours.

We stayed with our son and his family with 2 kids and our daughter and her fiancée. The house had plenty of room for the 8 of us, nice to have extra family room downstairs, bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. Kitchen space worked well and nice to have 2 refrigerators. The expansive deck was wonderful for sitting, reading, dinner and games. The deck could use a good powerwash. When we arrived the deck was clean but a storm came through during the week and there was alot of tree/plant debris on the deck. Would have been nice to have a blower to clean off the deck. The Hot tub cover is waterlogged and should be replaced. All 8 of us, stubbed our toes/feet on two larger cleats that were located on the center corners of the docks. For the adults this happened numerous times. Our son actually hit the cleat so hard on Friday afternoon that his toe bleed. It was very nice to be so close to Eagle River and to see deer, birds and the eagle nearby. If your looking for a good place to swim this was not the location but the Eagle River city beach was about a 5 minute drive away. Pictures showed only 6 dining room chairs and I specifically asked prior to our stay if there were extra folding chairs for the table and was informed there was not. We packed 2 folding chairs along, only to find 2 chairs in the hallway closet and 2 more chairs in a bedroom closet.

Beautiful lake views, well equipped kitchen, plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the home both inside and out! We had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We read other reviews and brought our own dish towels, hot tub towels and plastic containers for leftovers. We definitely recommend this home! Thank you!

This property was great. However, it is managed by Vacasa. Never again will I book a property that is managed by the Vacasa team.

Nice location on the river (good views). Comfortable beds. LOTS of space. Nice having pool table and foosball (weather was crappy so it gave us activities when not at the rink). Enjoyed our stay.

This home exceeded our expectations! Clean, comfortable, roomy for our family of 6 adults. Great location, with plenty to do in town and easy access to the grocery store. We loved hanging out downstairs playing pool and fuse-ball.

Perfect spot on the river, cabin was clean and so many things to do. 5/5

Master bedroom sheets were dirty and sink stop didnt work.

Beautiful and peaceful spot on the river showing off with the most amazing Fall colors. We loved the patio overlooking the river, the firepit and the cozy living room. Perfect for our group!

Our adult children were in town for a relative's wedding which prompted the get together the following week. We found the VRBO location to be perfect for our needs. The property easily accomodated the 11 of us and the ammenities were as described. Our only issue was with securing a replacement fo rthe missign high chair. the local representaive took 24+ hours to contactus with the repalcement.

House was as seen in the photos. Plenty of room for loads of people. Dock was key to getting on the water. Pool table helped pass rainy days. Kitchen was well apportioned. Would stay here again.

We had a great time at your beautiful home. Very spacious! It had everything we needed for a group of 9 and a mini doodle. The deck was wonderful after a day on the water. We had campfire at night with s'mores for everyone to enjoy!!! The pool table was used a lot too!!! Close to town for shopping, ice cream, movie and food. We loved your home!!!!

We loved our time at the lake. Beautiful property and views.

Clean and all the kitchen stuff you need plus a gas and a charcoal grill. Note the neighbors have a huge professional type fireworks display so be aware if you have infants or dogs. It is literally right above your deck and house. Location is close to eagle river. Only complaint is that we had a question while there and we never got a call back from the property manager Vacasa.

We decided to visit the Eagle river area for our yearly family trip with some fishing in mind. This was a great location, plenty of parking and a nice dock.
