Waterfront dog friendly home a few steps from the beach with hot tub

Well stocked, excellent view and access to beach. Quick response from guest services when needed. Hot tub was Hot and Bubbly. Great stay.

Beach access was not what it looks like. Ned to climb up and down rocks but the view is awesome and the beds are comfy

Sand in the hot tub, sand inbetween cracks in living room sofa, a little bit of sand in the bed. The bunk bedroom bathroom door felt stuck, and no light in the ceiling. Those are minor complaints. I would expect sand since so close to the beach. We all loved the place. Would definitely stay again next time

Some of the sheets on the beds and bathroom towels had hair on them, so we washed them. The window in the dining room started leaking quite badly, so we called to report the situation. Also the refrigerator started to leak under the bottom grill, but seemed to stop during the night. We took out as much of the garbage as we could (the outside garbage can was already full). Otherwise everything was wonderful!!

I booked this property because it said it had a hot tub. After booking and being sent a no cancellation notice we were sent an email saying the hot tub was not working. VRBO seems to have no info to speak with anyone. You have to deal directly with the property owner even though you book through VRBO and they claim to have a stress free process. Good luck finding any numbers or contacts for anyone at VRBO. I was able to contact Vicassa. They said we could cancel if we wanted after receiving the email. It was a take it or leave it deal. When we arrived at the house there was a giant pool of water in the living room from the freezer defrosting. The fridge was not working when we arrived. All of our groceries for the week were compromised. The reason they said the hottub was out of order was a storm took away the cover. When we arrived the hot tub had a cover on it and was all locked up in a way you cannot get the lock off. Even though they give you a key. After all the frustrations with the hot tubs and fixing the fridge myself the house itself is in a pretty spectacular spot right on the beach. The house is super outdated but still pretty amazing because of the location. The view is amazing from the living room and the 2 bedroom's downstairs. We have 2 little girls and they had a blast. We came from out of the US to rent and wanted to keep our cell service from roaming but all communication is done last minute from these guys for door codes etc. so we had to use roaming on cell phones to receive text messages. You really get the feeling they want you in and out at a premium. Check in at 4pm and out at 10am??? First and last days are a wash.

My fiancé had to work days and this was perfect, but also an amazing vacation spot. It was huge, clean and you can see the waves from every major room.

Hot tub was open and freezing when we arrived, didnt warm up until we were about to leave at the end of the weekend. It was the whole reason we chose this place and we couldn't enjoy it until the last hours of our last morning. Big bummer. Also, house isnt very well maintained. There was a lot of deterioration to doors facing the ocean and during a big storm the first night a lot of water was getting into the bedrooms. We tried reaching out to the hosts about these things, never got a response. Great location, pretty good ameneties for the price (if we could have used the best one!!) but the property owners clearly dont care for the house.

Great view, walkin in the sand, gettin wet in the ocean, sittin by the fire watchin the waves! Ahhhhh, a very relaxing mini vacation! Very comfy place. Beds were great and towels were thirsty! Thank you so much!!

House very clean as we were worried, but they took extra care as far as we could tell. The view from the dining room/kitchen (2nd floor) is amazing! Right on the beach, it’s really nice to have the access. Only issue is no privacy with neighbors as this is a townhome that shares the back patio that looks out on the beach. Our room didn’t have adequate blinds so anyone could walk by and see in but to have to beach right there was worth it. Slept like a baby! Beds were comfy and lots of pillows and blankets. Heaters worked great at night so not sure why others complained before. Would book here again!
