The Space:

Soft ocean air drifts in from the bay as morning light catches the garden below - this is the kind of place where the day unfolds at its own pace, shaped by warm tropical breezes, the sound of water nearby, and no particular rush to be anywhere. Set within a waterfront resort community in Flamingos near Nuevo Vallarta, this condo is a calm, comfortable base for beach days, poolside afternoons, and easy coastal living.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The condo sleeps up to 5 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with 2 beds. The living room sofa can also be used as an additional sleeping space and is mainly recommended for children. Room-darkening shades, cotton linens, air conditioning, a safe, closet storage, and a mosquito net keep nights cool and restful. For families travelling with little ones, the unit is well-equipped with a pack 'n play/travel crib, paid crib, high chair, baby bath, changing table, window guards, children's books and toys, board games, and babysitter recommendations.

 

Outdoor living

Step outside onto your private patio or balcony and take in the garden view with your morning coffee. Outdoor furniture, a hammock, and an outdoor dining area make it natural to linger outside, while an outdoor shower is perfectly placed for rinsing off after the beach. The fully fenced private backyard offers additional outdoor space to unwind at your own pace.

 

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric stove, toaster, blender, wine glasses, cooking basics, and all the dishes and silverware you need for meals at home. A dining table and an outdoor kitchen round out your options for cooking and eating - inside or open-air, depending on the mood. Please note: oil, salt, and pepper are not currently provided in this unit despite appearing in the platform description.

 

Resort amenities & recreation

Resort access opens up a full range of shared amenities right on the property. Take a dip in the outdoor pool, unwind in the shared sauna, or get moving in the shared gym in building - equipped with an elliptical, treadmill, stationary bike, free weights, workout bench, and yoga mat. When you feel like something more social, the movie theater, ping pong table, and pool table are all available to enjoy without leaving the complex.

 

Comfort, access & parking

The unit is single level with no stairs inside, and the building has an elevator. You'll have a private entrance, free parking garage on premises, and free street parking. WiFi, a free washer, and a free dryer are all included in the unit. Self check-in is available, with building staff on hand 24 hours a day to assist with entry. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are also welcomed.

 

Location

Nestled in the Flamingos area near Nuevo Vallarta, this stretch of the Pacific coast is known for its relaxed rhythm, warm year-round climate, and easy beach access. It's a laid-back base that suits families, couples, and small groups looking to divide their time between shoreline, pool, and resort without the hustle of a busier destination.

 

Important notes for guests: The maximum capacity of 5 guests integrates adults, children, and babies equally, as per condominium rules - the platform does not charge for babies under 2 years old or count them in the total capacity, so please take this into account personally to avoid misunderstandings upon arrival. It is important to note that the maximum capacity is 5 people, with guest number 5 being a minor under 15 years old. The final cost may vary depending on the number of nights, number of guests, and date of reservation.



Guest Access:

According to the general condominium regulations, only reservations of a minimum of 5 nights are accepted.

However, for us it is important that you can still find us as an option in the platform filters, even if your interest is for a shorter stay.

In case you would like to complement your booking to reach the 5-night minimum, we will be glad to offer you the best rate in order to comply with the condominium requirements.



Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



-Please note that once you have initiated your reservation, according to the condominium regulations, no modifications to the access letters will be allowed. Therefore, we ask you to consider all guests from the beginning.



-Check In is done from the lobby of the condominium.

Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access, rules and necessary information for your stay.



-Check In: 3:00 p.m.

The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



-Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm.



-The easiest access is by car; parking is free and you can park in the assigned space that corresponds to your apartment.



-Parking is under availability in general space, there are no numbered spaces for the apartments, only 1 space will be assigned per accommodation.



-The apartment is located on floor no._5_ of phase no._1_, so guests access it by elevator.

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.
