Perfect location!! Two minute walk to downtown Chatham. Lovely view from the house to the harbor. The house is well appointed but could use updating and the living areas are separate from each other so not a great flow for families. Having said that, I would stay there again as the pluses definitely outweigh the minuses.

This is our third year renting this property with our family of four plus another family of four. There's plenty of space for both families, the two large dining tables and two sitting areas are great for time at home, and the view and proximity to town are spectacular. We'll be back again!

The house has everything you could need, is super spacious, and you could not ask for a better location. We had 6 adults and 3 young children staying at the house and it was able to comfortable accomodate all of us, while also having something everyone enjoyed. There was a plethora of kids toys, lots of space and games in the backyard, and a beautiful patio to enjoy your morning coffee. It is a short walk to downtown with lots of shops and restaurants. We also rented kayaks for the week and took advantage of Little Mill Pond! Overall, a great experience and would definitely rent here again!

A great place to stay right in Chatham! The place was well appointed and had everything we needed (and more!). Keith and Linda were super helpful in giving us more information to prepare for a member of our group who uses a cane. They were also great at communication before our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely adored this stunning house. Gorgeous views of the water. Best location, a short walk to the heart of Chatham. Kitchen fully stocked with everything a chef needs. Super responsive and welcoming hosts. Can't wait to come back.

We had such a wonderful time staying here for a wedding at CBI. The house was clean with a gorgeous view and we loved the many options of bedrooms for every age we have in family of 9 people. Also, the stroll into town was a huge bonus. We highly recommend this beautiful home!

The property is perfectly situated- close to Main Street, Chatham but very peaceful and relaxing on a side street with very little traffic. The pond views are amazing. The house is well maintained and has lots of room for everyone. The patio furniture is plentiful and everyone can curl up and take in the views.

We had a wonderful weekend and hope to stay again! We especially loved the back patio area and the walkability to down. The hosts were also wonderful and we felt right at home!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property with our family and it is a perfect location. When all the kids go to bed, all the adults are able to continue to enjoy the great view of Mill Pond from the backyard. We recommend this house over and over again.

The Chatham home was great for being outside, enjoying the waterfront views and walking to Main Street. Great cornhole boards, outdoor Jenga, and fishing poles provided outdoor fun. The patio umbrellas were also appreciated. The Chatham lighthouse and pier fish market were so close. Bike rental shop was right down the lane. The kitchen had everything to serve breakfast, lunch and dinner easily. Highly recommend this home for the quintessential Cape Cod experience. Linda was also very helpful with information before arriving and during our stay.

We thoroughly enjoined our stay at the 4 Homestead house. Beautiful weather and a lovely back patio from which to enjoy it. A very short walk into charming Chatham. One slight negative—upstairs bedrooms, other than master, did not have comfortable mattresses. 80 year old and 3 young adults complained. Lots of walking and outside time helped!

It was perfect for our family. Beautiful view, close to town, plenty of room, lots of toys and TVs for kiddies. Great back patio with outdoor toys as well. Would definitely like to come back some day.
