Tennis anyone Beautiful, brand new construction with 8 bedrooms, 8 full baths and 2 half baths, that can sleep up to 20 guests.

The house was perfect for our kids and grandkids. Having the owners next door was really special and we enjoyed getting to visit with them and meet some of their family. Chatham is a special place and a great time was had by all!

A wonderful house. We had a fantastic week and family reunion. Despite the listing stating minimal amenities in the house, it was very well equipped, especially the kitchen with wonderful appliances, knives, herbs, spices, serving dishes etc. It does have a lobster pot listed, but we could not find it. The house was in wonderful condition and the owner Mike was very much available for any needs that arose. We all had a wonderful time and hope to return in the future!

Property was amazing

What an incredible week at this house. We could not have been more pleased? It surpassed our expectations on every level. We were three generations together for a family reunion to honor our matriarch (who grew up in Boston and on the Cape) and our patriarch (who passed away in 2018). We watched the Olympics, held a tennis tournament, played family games, and got away to local beaches and ice cream shops. Some of us have stayed on the Cape before, but never at a place as nice as this. It was simply incredible. The rental agency was professional and the owner showed great hospitality. It was perfect. We could not have asked for a better experience.

This. House. Is. A. Stunner. It was the most perfect location for a group of families to spend a memorable weekend together. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom that gave each family a bit of privacy. There is one bathroom that has a bathtub (for those who need to bath little ones!). The kitchen is gorgeous and has nearly every tool, amenity and serving dish you can imagine. There are several different types of refrigerators for wine, etc. There is an ice machine. The dining room seats 12 adults comfortably which was great for games at night. The yard is beautiful and the kids loved playing in it. There is a separate guest house that has 2 bedrooms. The owner stopped by while we were there and was so friendly. We can't wait to rent this house again!

This place was fantastic and has everything you could need for a large family gathering.
