Best host I've ever had

This property had everything you need!! No need to bring anything other than rods and reels, clothes and food. Everything was provided for an awesome weekend! Caught plenty of keeper fish !

Annie and Teo are outstanding hosts! Always available for any questions and easily explained the things we needed to know to use their property. The location is perfect for a getaway to disconnect from the daily grind. So quiet and peaceful with Baffin Bay right outside the door. The cabin was more a house than a cabin. Very clean, well cared for, in fantastic condition. The kitchen is stocked with everything you might need. Fridge is full of condiments. Just bring what you want to cook/eat. The hosts had bagged ice, bottled water, coffee and bait all stocked for your use.The wildlife watching here is incredible. If you are a nature lover or a birder this is the place to go. My wife and I got several lifers here that we've wanted to see for years.All in all, the best VRBO we've been to out of many so far.

Spacious and secluded area with beautiful views of the bay and wildlife. The home was extremely comfortable and our hosts were kind and very generous. The outdoor area has plenty of seating and a pier to fish whenever you please! We will definitely be back!!!

Very welcoming, beautiful up kept property

Great place, host was wonderful. We had a great time night fishing in the green lights catching speckled trout 2 at a time on spec rigs.

Awesome location, great fishing, and a gracious host.

Kitchen had all utensils, pans, and gadgets needed to prep meals. Host kept in contact to ensure we were comfortable. The view and outdoor space was so tranquil.

This house on Baffin was great, super location and lot of essentials provided. Wade fishing was slow but the pier at night was non-stop, a trout on nearly every cast. Big property, we enjoyed nighttime walks in the pasture to see deer and played golf up and down the hill on the lawn. We're definitely coming back!

Teo's place is the best in the area. We head down to the Baffin area once a year with family and friends to dove hunt - this was our 4th year. While arranging the hunt, we realized this property had already been booked that particular weekend. Because of this, everyone rearranged our schedules so we could go a different weekend. It wouldn't have been the same trip if we stayed elsewhere.If you're headed to this area, don't pass this one up. The cabin is great and has all the things you'll need in the kitchen. Sleeping arrangements are comfortable with plenty of room. The pier is great for fishing or just hanging out. The property itself is completely private, but close enough to Riviera as well as the Riviera Beach that a quick trip is no problem.Lastly, the host is the easiest and most accommodating on Vrbo or elsewhere that I've ever worked with.We'll be back yearly and won't stay anywhere else.

Perfect getaway location. Very isolated with a large lush green lawn leading down to the private lighted pier! We saw lots of wildlife; shore birds, migratory birds, deer, Nilgi, bobcat, and more. The house is very comfortable and the host was very welcoming and helpful. Our grandkids caught lots of fish and had a great time. We will be back!

One of the nicest host and most beautiful property I’ve ever stayed at

This was my second visit here. Beautiful and peaceful place to stay. Fishing was good. Kids had a blast. Teo is a wonderful host and house was set up with everything we needed. Will be back next year.

This was our second time staying here, and we will be back yearly. We stayed for a week and were not ready to leave. The night fishing was amazing and having the space and privacy was exactly what we were looking for on vacation. Our kids had a blast and were sad when we had to leave. 15/10 recommend this place. The host is very responsive and makes sure you are taken care of.

Enjoyed fishing with a friend again at Laguna Salada. We we caught some nice trout, and I recommend this to anyone who likes good fishing and seclusion. The property manager is extremely accommodating. I can’t wait to go back again and have some more fun fishing.

House and property were perfect. Great location. Host supplied everything needed including water, ice, and bait, We caught lots of fish off the dock. Great stay. We look forward to returning.

Our stay at this property was amazing! The cabin was clean and cozy! The owner even met me the day before our stay to drop off groceries. We truly enjoyed the pier…the area was so comfortable and relaxing. This is a must stay. We will be going back!

This year was our third trip back to this property and we would not think of booking anything else. The host is incredibly easy to work with, and goes the extra mile to ensure guests have everything they need. I'm not talking about just stuff like condiments, I mean he really goes the extra mile. The property itself is fantastic. It's private, in a great location right on the bay, has a great pier, everything you could need for cooking, plenty of space, etc. etc. I can't say enough good things. We do a yearly dove hunt near here, and would never consider staying anywhere else. Thank you again for having us!

Listed as a fishing cabin, but more like a small waterfront home on private, secluded, well maintained acreage with lots of wildlife viewing and fishing possible. Very clean with everything you could need provided. Teo, the owner and host is exceptional. Great communication both before and during the visit, but not at all intrusive. Truly a great place to get away and just relax.

This is well kept property and full of shady spots to look at the bay with a great pier for night fishing. The owner was EZ to communicate with and did everything to make sure our stay was top nitch. Great property and owner and will be back.

Hubby and I spent a few days in this beautiful property and we sure did relax and have fun! Mr Teo Saenz welcomed us to his property and was very attentive. We enjoyed seeing deer, quail, colorful birds, and the donkeys! The sparkle on this gem is the pier and the abundant fish we caught!!! We had such a good time. We will return!!!!
