Waterfront Blue Heron Beach House | Pool & Kayak!

Welcome to the Blue Heron Beach House, a waterfront tropical oasis on the tranquil shores of Palm Beach County’s Chain of Lakes Blueway Trail. The home is situated on a cul de sac in the peaceful, private community of Lake Clarke Shores (an officially designated bird sanctuary), just 10 minutes’ drive to downtown West Palm Beach and 15 minutes to the beautiful beaches and ocean just beyond. This beautifully remodeled home has been kissed with sunshine and a combination of coastal,beach, and tropical-themed décor. This spacious home has 3 uniquely designed bedrooms, 2 upgraded bathrooms, a newly upgraded kitchen, and new light fittings. The outdoors is a tropical oasis, it has an impressive mango tree, a fun playground, a firepit circle, a canoe & kayak, and a fully fenced-in backyard with views and access to the waterway. Relax by the sparkling turquoise pool, watching the passing boats, kayaks, special bird life, and butterflies. Bird enthusiasts will enjoy the sights of Heron, Ibis, Spoonbill, and Kingfisher birds. The house is full of wonderful books and games for the whole family. We welcome one small dog (with pre-approval and pet fee). The house has a special UV filtration AC system that keeps the air clean and anti microbial. Guests are welcome to help themselves to the mangos in the backyard!

The Space

BEDROOMS

Primary Bedroom (En-suite)
Step into a tropical paradise. The primary bedroom has a California king-sized Acacia wood platform bed, with luxury CASPER memory foam mattresses and hotel quality pillows. There is a large mid-century wood desk, with a rattan chair, touch control bedside lamps with USBs and smart Fire TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies. The bedroom has a step-in upgraded closet, with plenty of hanging and dresser space. There is a private en-suite bathroom, and plenty of books line the shelves by the large windows. This bedroom is luxurious and fun.

2nd Bedroom
Enjoy the coastal feel of this room, with the deep blue tones of the indoor/outdoor SAFAVIEH rug, hand-painted coastal artwork by a local artist, and white-washed headboard and end tables. The luxurious Tempur-Pedic adjustable queen-sized bed, is fully automated, with a massage function. There are 2 unique touch-controlled lighthouse lamps with USBs sit on either side of the bed, a personal desk with rattan heart-backed chair, and a Fire TV for streaming. The windows are dressed in lush Reyna ruffle curtains, and the bed finished with coral and starfish designed pillows.

3rd Bunk Bed
Kids will love this fun space with 2 twin-over-full bunk beds, bright neon lime console table, touch-controlled blue lamps, containers filled with coloring books, books and puzzles. The beds sit on a large indoor/ outdoor Sunshine Collection floral rug with lime and blue hues. For the little ones, there is a small toddler desk, and 2 chairs, a fun chalkboard, with bright chalk pens, and a Fire TV for streaming kids channels, and games. There is plenty of closet space, with two memory foam bumpers to use on the full beds for the small kids. Teal coral and jellyfish curtains line the windows, hung on cute shell rods. In the closet you will find the pack n play with sheets and a baby blanket.

BATHROOMS

Primary en-suite bathroom
This beach-themed bathroom has been fully updated with a modern glass-encased shower, beautifully designed vanity and mirror, and beach décor.

Guest Bathroom
This bathroom is picturesque! The vanity has been hand-painted by a local artist, in a washed turquoise blue, and finished with golden knobs. A colorful marble designed shower curtain covers the newly upgraded bath tub with a shower. A main feature of the bathroom is the hand-painted lighthouse canvas on the wall, pulling in all the bright hues of the bathroom.

ENTRY ROOM/ OFFICE

Pull out the camera, this is definitely picture- worthy space! As you enter the home, beauty surrounds you. The entry room/ office is a smaller sitting area with a 3- piece Acapulco natural bistro set, topped with sky blue and Boho yellow throw pillows. These sit on an exquisite SAFAVIEH Barbados tropical rug, with images of hibiscus, frangipani flowers, and palm leaves. A custom refurbished yellow tray coffee table sits upon the rug, along with 2 tropical distressed coral and white poufs. A modern personal desk with a faux fur topped gold desk chair, sits under a magnificent hand-painted beach landscape. A cute LED flamingo light sits on the desk, and the highlight of the space is the hanging linen hammock chair. Views of the peaceful neighborhood pour in from the large windows, lined with vintage Boho Macrame tassel drapes.

LIVING ROOM

The perfect space for families! The space is bright and airy, with access to the gorgeous outdoors. Families can relax on the LINSY Home modular memory foam sofa, which sits on the teal green and tan palm leaf indoor/ outdoor rug. There is a 65 Inch smart TV above a stylish natural wood grain and wicker door design tv console. Two barrel-style botanical blush and blue armchairs provide additional seating before a Windfield natural round wood coffee table. Along side the tv console is a large ladder bookshelf, lined with books and beach décor, and a decorated smaller bookshelf. You will spend hours in this space playing games, watching your favorite shows, and spending time with your loved ones.

DINING ROOM

Host your family and friends around the rustic wood dining table under a spectacular modern Capiz Chandelier with natural shells. The chairs are wooden teal-washed dining chairs, and the set sits on a Shutesbury floral rug. There is a coral shell lined round mirror on the wall next to a tropical faux plant, and a hand-crafted painting of pearlescent shells. The kitchen has easy access to the kitchen, where there is additional counter-height bar stools. You will have many beautiful meals and memorable conversations in this lovely dining room.

KITCHEN

Cook up a storm in the fully-equipped, newly upgraded kitchen. The kitchen cabinets have just been refreshed, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to entertain. There is an automatic filter coffee machine, blender, Nutri-bullet blender, ice maker, kettle, pots pans, utensils, silverware, baking accessories, serving ware and kids wheat straw dinner sets. There is a water filtration system in the kitchen sink for clean, drinkable water. You will also find a coastal melamine set to dine alfresco! Sit on the counter-height bar stools and watch the chef at work! A cute gold bar cart sits between the kitchen and the living room, complete with a rainbow design cocktail set, fun beachy glasses and décor. Under special hand-woven flamingo artwork lies a Framboise fringe shade pink floor lamp to tie in the fun.

LAUNDRY ROOM

There is a large washer and dryer in the laundry room, supplied with all the detergents you need. You will also find the beach chairs, a Hurley umbrella, and a cooler. A Corn Hole game, fishing rods, Life vests and paddles for the canoe and kayak are in the room as well.

THE OUTDOOR OASIS

The backyard and pool will make your vacation something truly magical! The family can have hours of fun swimming in the heated (by request) glistening blue pool. Kids can play on the playground with a slide and enjoy the view point from top of the riverside. The playground is lit up at night with bistro string lights. There are Adirondack chairs that surround a wood-fired firepit, the perfect viewing spot to watch the boaters, jetskis, and outstanding birdlife. The backyard is fully fenced in, and perfect for children. There is a pool safety net that can be put up by request as well. Enjoy the calming water's with the large canoe and kayak (life vests provided). Take out the fishing rods and go fishing on the riverside. There is a lovely outdoor dining table for 6, with Birch Sapling cut-out-tree design chairs under cover, and a propane BBQ. Relax on the Southampton wicker patio set with surf blue cushions, and colorful palm throw pillows, which sit on top of an outdoor palm rug. The patio is lined with romantic bistro string lights. There is also an outdoor shower!

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

The house is nestled in a very quiet safe street. It's great for taking walks with the family and your pet. You can walk to the Lake Clarke Shores Community Park (10 minute walk, or 3 minute drive), where there is a kids playground, basketball court, and picnic tables. Just a 3 minute drive or 10 minute walk is the Anchor West Palm Beach Boat & Yacht rental spot. Take a day trip along the canal! The Palm Beach Zoo is just a 5 minute drive from the house. There is a dog park at Dreher Park, only 6 minutes drive. For the golf enthusiast, the new West Palm Beach (The Park) golf course has recently opened and welcome to the public. The home is conveniently located 2 minutes from the main I-95 highway for easy access to any of South Florida's major cities. The Square Downtown is a quick 10 minutes drive, or enjoy the local bars and light life on Lake Avenue in Lake Worth. This home is perfectly located for all best activities and sightseeing South Florida has to offer!

Upon booking, we require a copy of the booking guest’s driver’s license and a signed rental agreement.

We have a minimum age requirement of 25 to book the property.

The home is pet friendly for 1 small dog. All dogs need pre-approval and a paid non-refundable pet fee. Pets are NOT allowed on furniture please. Guests must pick up after their pets. Thank you!
