The Space:

As you arrive at this stunning waterfront home nestled along the peaceful Maroochydore canal, you’re immediately welcomed into a relaxed coastal retreat designed for entertaining, comfort, and effortless holiday living. The expansive outdoor area is the heart of the home, where sparkling canal views, lush grassy lawns, and sun-soaked entertaining spaces create the perfect setting for family getaways and group stays.



The covered alfresco patio features a large outdoor dining setting, comfortable lounge seating, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen complete with a BBQ, double-door bar fridge, and sink — ideal for long lunches, sunset dinners, and evenings spent by the water. Guests can also enjoy direct canal access with a private pontoon, along with kayaks and paddleboards provided for exploring the waterways.



Inside, the home opens into a bright and spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area designed to bring everyone together. Large windows and sliding doors allow natural light and cooling sea breezes to flow throughout the space. The comfortable living area offers plenty of seating to relax and unwind, while the dining table seats up to eight guests.



The modern kitchen is fully equipped for easy holiday cooking and entertaining, featuring quality appliances, generous bench space, a butler’s pantry, oven, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and ample storage. Just off the kitchen, guests will also find a full internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.



The home comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests across five beautifully styled bedrooms:



Bedroom 1 (Primary Bedroom – Ground Floor): The spacious primary suite features a king-sized bed and an additional king single bed, making it ideal for families or guests wanting extra space. The room includes a smart TV, water views, sliding door access to the outdoor area, and a luxurious private ensuite.



Bathroom 1 (Ensuite): The elegant ensuite includes a walk-in steam shower, double vanity, bathtub, and toilet.



Bedroom 2 (Ground Floor): This bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, mirrored wardrobe, and stylish coastal furnishings.



Bathroom 2 (Ground Floor Powder Room): Separate toilet and vanity located downstairs for guest convenience.

Upstairs, guests will find an additional living retreat and three more bedrooms, creating plenty of space for larger groups to spread out and relax.



Bedroom 3 (Upstairs Shared Retreat): Positioned at the top of the stairs, this open-plan retreat space features two single beds, a smart TV, comfortable seating area, and access to a private balcony overlooking the canal — the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or quiet evening drink.



Bedroom 4: This waterfront bedroom features a king-sized bed and beautiful canal views, creating a peaceful and relaxing space to unwind.



Bedroom 5: Furnished with two single beds, this room also includes a ceiling fan and mirrored wardrobe.



Bathroom 3 (Upstairs): The upstairs bathroom features a large shower, vanity, and separate toilet.



Additional features include a double garage with a separate entertaining area complete with a kitchenette, bar space, and additional toilet — offering even more room for guests to enjoy during their stay.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home as well as secure garage parking for two cars. There is space to park up to four cars on the driveway as well as free street parking. Make use of the private pontoon where you can launch any of the provided stand up paddle boards or kayaks into the sparkling river.



The Neighborhood:

Situated in a quiet, residential street, this home is the definition of peace and tranquility. Bask in the beauty of the Maroochy river where the only sounds you’ll hear are the lapping of waves and the chirp of seagulls. You are a few minutes drive to the Ocean Street dining precinct, a 8 min drive to Cotton Tree beach, 5 minute drive to sunshine plaza and a short drive to Mooloolaba.



Getting Around:

Airport shuttles can get you there from both Brisbane and Maroochydore. It is possible to get around on the local buses and use coach tours but the immediate area is best explored on foot and it would be preferable to have a car to travel further afield.



Other Things to Note:

*Please note we do not supply firewood at this home.



*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*



*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
