Waterfront - Amazing St. Augustine Bayfront Views

This was Our second time here and we had another extraordinary stay ! The host is very responsive and accommodating. And the home is amazing with so much attention to detail. We will definitely be back. Thank you again Perry for this wonderful getaway.

Cute place right on the water. It was very clean and a very short walk to town.

Loved this home! Located close enough to downtown to walk everywhere we wanted to go, without having to deal with the traffic and noise of the night life when we were ready to turn in. Had enough parking for 4 larger vehicles. Check in was simple, the house was clean and had everything we needed and more. Perfect for the girls weekend trip we had planned. Host was responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We would absolutely come stay again.

This place was amazing with spectacular views of the bay & Lions Bridge. A short drive to the downtown restaurants & a variety of shops. The home was comfy, fully stocked w/ spices, coffee samples, pots-pans-utensils, cozy blankets & beach towels, washer & dryer w/ detergent, & watermelon shampoo...just loved the extras . The beds were comfy & plenty of room to put your things. Very clean & we felt right at home. The owners were very helpful w/ recommending local activities, &responded to any questions we had instantly. They made our vacation special with all the extras ( the little things)!

Everything was wonderful. Great location close to everything . Would highly recommend. Very clean and thoughtful touch of fresh flowers. Full kitchen with everything you need. Will stay again when visiting the area.

We love this property so much this was our 2nd time staying. Beautiful well appointed property. Perfect for 1 or 2 couples. Easy walk across the bridge to all the restaurants, bars, and sights. The back porch is absolutely amazing, so fun and relaxing to watch the boats go by. Neighborhood is super quiet and beautiful!

We have stayed at many VBRO homes over the years. Including others on the water in Saint Augustine. For us, this will forever be our first choice. We seriously could write 3 paragraphs on how perfect it is! From the amazing location, to how clean it is, to the overall charm & commitment to details it has … it makes you feel like it’s truly your home away from home.We hope that the owner continues to allow for it to be a vacation rental for many years to come, because we can’t imagine staying anywhere else when we visit the area. The home met all of my expectations. The level of detail and thought to the furnishings left nothing to be desired. The view was hands down the best I have seen in a long time. The host was readily available yet completely unobtrusive. Don’t hesitate to book this home.

We loved staying at this property. The location is so peaceful with beautiful views across the water, stunning sunsets await guests, and there is a simple wall across the bridge in to the Horta centre of St Augustine. Lots of decent coffee shops and other places in walking distance too. Fantastic for a break.

Great house in an absolutely perfect location for exploring downtown. The walk over the bridge is quick.

The view of old town and Bridge of Lions from the deck was priceless! We decided not to brave the crowds for light up St. Augustine since the view from the rental was so spectacular. A quick walk across the bridge and your in downtown without all the traffic and parking issues.

We have been staying at vacation rentals for well over 10 years and this was one of the best homes we have every stayed at. So many wonderful things to say about our stay! The house was super clean, decorated and stocked with so many thoughtful and useful items. So much attention to detail, fresh flowers, chocolates, robes, plus everything you could need to have a comfortable stay. The view and back patio was perfect, with something new to see everyday … from local shrimp boats, super yachts, tall sailing ships to daily visits from white herons and pelicans. The patio has comfortable, new seating and is surrounded by beautiful flowers and trees. Location is perfect for visiting everything that St. Augustine has to offer, less than a mile to all of the downtown shops, restaurants and attractions, close to beaches, grocery stores, fishing pier, etc. We would highly recommend this amazing home, and hope to have the opportunity to stay again in the near future!
