Stayed Nov 14, 2025This lakeside home is truly a hidden gem. We visited during peak fall foliage and the views were absolutely breathtaking from every angle. Tucked away on a quiet dead-end street with a huge lot full of old-growth trees, it feels like you’ve stepped into a treehouse fairyland.The A-frame itself is stunning—unique, full of character, and beautifully decorated. Every detail fit the vibe perfectly, and the aesthetics were truly on point. We celebrated my husband’s 50th birthday with three other couples and had more than enough room to spread out and feel comfortable.Some of our favorite moments were sipping coffee on the deck each morning, lingering over breakfast at the table, and ending our nights around the fire pit. One night we even caught a meteor streaking across the sky—pure magic.10/10 stay. Would absolutely return!

Stayed Oct 16, 2025This was a great get-a-way vrbo for my friends and myself. Highlights were cleanliness, number of beds and baths, communication with the owner, and the beautiful setting on Shoal Creek/Wilson Lake. My friends and I found many places in the area to visit, shop at, and eat at when we were not enjoying the deck around the house or the dock on the lake.

Stayed Jun 6, 2025We were a group of 5 teen daughters and 5 moms wanting a peaceful but fun weekend trip together, and this lake house was perfect! The girls shared the loft (everyone had their own bed!), and the moms had plenty of space among the other bedrooms. The lake was lovely. We loved the fire pit area and all the other great places for conversation (especially the separate screened-in porch with fan). The kitchen is well-stocked. Look no further—this home is great!
