Waterfront 6 Bedroom Estate on 1.3 Acres with Private Beach. Near Blithewold

Amazing stay! Booked this property for a surprise engagement in late September.The weather was perfect, the house is beautiful and the lawn, beach and pier were a gorgeous backdrop for the engagement shoot.Adam was the friendliest and most accommodating host ever. Highly highly recommend!

Absolutely stunning. 10 out of 10. The house had every amenity. The kitchen had every possible tool, glass, pans, etc. The Nespresso coffee maker was easy to use. Bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion. There were 2 laundry rooms and there was detergent. The outside is equally stunning. The beach is lovely, with a raft out in the water that you can swim to and an island for shell collecting. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the outdoor speaker, bbq and fire pit was a great bonus. I would highly recommend this home!

Smooth sailing at this incredible home, with beautiful grounds, and incomparable views! We got married at Blithewold during our stay and this property proved to be well-situated, well-appointed for hosting, and an all-around perfect backdrop to a weekend of festivities. As a born-and-raised Rhode Islander, I couldn’t have hoped for a better location to introduce loved ones to my home state. We can only hope to return over and over! Thanks for a great stay! Gorgeous home and property! Two families meeting for the first time gathered for a 3-day wedding celebration. We hosted a summer garden party at the property for visiting family and friends, with the wedding ceremony held at Blithewold Mansion Gardens and Arboretum, just a 7-minute walk away from the house. The weather cooperated and the backdrop of this beautiful home overlooking the ocean, with a private beach to gather, was so lovely!The whole house is beautifully appointed, modern and spotless - very open and spacious, with plenty of room for 12 adults and children to spread out, with great sound insulation, yet warm and inviting for people to gather in the kitchen area, living room, and game room. The bedrooms are each outfitted with big screen tvs, and bathrooms are gorgeous. The kitchen is spacious and great to cook in, with pretty much everything you will need (I brought my mini-prep food processor - which was helpful for our needs).Our thanks to our hosts, Adam and Tija, who could not have been more accommodating and communicative, responding immediately to our questions. Bristol and nearby towns, including Newport, have great dining options. We highly recommend this property, and we will be back!

Beautiful home! We enjoyed every second and didn't want to leave. The owners were amazing and super quick to help. We were a family of 14 and had space for everyone. The kitchen was so easy to cook meals and the den was perfect to sit back and enjoy. We all realized we love Kayaking and can't wait to come back again!

Best decision to pick this house! Everything about our stay was amazing! We were so impressed by how luxurious the house felt. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and each bedroom and bathroom was equipped with everything we could need. It felt more like a hotel than a Vrbo property. Adam and Tija made the experience stress-free for us. They were so friendly and accommodating leading up to and during our stay. Waking up to the gorgeous view of the water every morning was the icing on the cake! Thank you, Adam and Tija, for a wonderful weekend that we will not forget!!!

The house was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away—not just by the spacious and beautifully maintained interior, but by the breathtaking water views that greeted us from nearly every window. The photos and description were completely accurate, yet somehow still didn’t do the place justice.Our immediate family stayed in the home, and we also had extended family nearby who joined us during the day. There was more than enough space for everyone to relax, dine, and spend quality time together—both inside the house and out on the deck. We enjoyed meals with the shimmering water as our backdrop.Yes, the cleaning fee might seem a bit high to some, but honestly, it was worth every penny. The house was immaculate—spotless from top to bottom—and clearly cared for with great attention to detail. Every amenity you could possibly need was thoughtfully provided: a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor barbecue perfect for grilling with a view, and an abundance of fresh linens and towels.The tranquil setting, combined with the luxurious comfort of the home and those unforgettable water views, made this stay truly exceptional. You simply couldn’t ask for a better property—it’s a perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and natural beauty.

This house was so wonderful! There are not enough words to describe…. The house is absolutely stunningly, beautiful. It is completely stocked with everything and anything that you would ever want – fully stocked kitchen, towels, linens, outdoor furniture (including the most amazing cushions), kayaks etc… The owners spared no expense. The view is unparalleled, and there are numerous porches and veranda’s to sit and enjoy the spectacular views. The owners were always responsive and so extremely helpful! I cannot stress enough how wonderful they were throughout our entire state. We had several questions and they responded within seconds. The location is unbeatable. Numerous restaurants close by and close to town. We rented bikes and biked everywhere - the kids had a blast! If you are lucky enough to see availability for this house, rent it immediately!

Our stay was terrific; the setup was better than a hotel. Everything provided was of the highest quality and exceeded expectations. Instructions from the hosts were clear and easy to follow. Only wish the weather were better.
