Stayed Sep 25, 2025The cottage was great. Perfect location for getting to ma6ny wedding events/locales.The view was fabulous. It looks like it had been newly renovated and they did a really nice job.I highly recommend and if I ever am in the area again would love to stay there again.

Stayed Aug 18, 2024Property meets the description and it’s a comfortable place to stay. Beautiful view of the river and wonderful place to sit outside and relax. Some amenities could use a slight upgrade, but overall a very nice place to stay for a quiet getaway.

Stayed Aug 5, 2024Clean place to visit, close to downtown Bristol and not far from Newport. Unfortunately our weather was rainy so we didn’t get to go on the paddleboard or canoe, but had been looking forward to that. Still we were content with what the area had to offer. No washing machine or dryer as a heads up in case visitors plan to go swimming.

Stayed Apr 19, 2024We enjoyed our stay at the cottage! It was perfect for my husband and I. We were also able easily host my SIL’s family of 4 for dinner. The interior is light and bright. Everything we needed was available. It was a bit chilly to fully take advantage of the outdoor space but it would be delightful during warmer weather. The master bed was very comfortable~thank you for a lovely stay!

Stayed Jul 29, 2023We visited for 4 days and really enjoyed the cottage on the water. The view was excellent and it was clean. The guest room bed was really squeaky and not super sturdy. Our son ended up on the sofa which was fine. The master bedroom was comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped There are paddle boards, there is a a canoe, a fire pit and a grill. The best part was the view and the quiet....
