Garage has been converted into a 600 sq foot fun game room! 5 kayaks, lily pad, yard games, and water / sand toys are available for your use. Bring your boat or rent one at the local marina (1 mile away) and use the 50' private dock as well! Watch glowing sunsets from your fire pit by the water or your lighted, elevated deck.

Locally, there are many great golf courses within a 30 minute drive of the cottage, including The Dream, The Nightmare, The Quest, and one of the top 3 public courses in Michigan, Forest Dunes.

There are plenty of stores and restaurants near by, including a Distillery, Brew-house, Buccili's Pizzeria, and Walmart 10 minutes away. Firewood can be bought at the True North gas station .5 miles away!

In the Winter, this is a great location for snowmobiles and 4X4's. There are many trails located around Houghton Lake and the nearest trail head is close by. Also, this a great location for Ice Fishing.
