Yes, the host was very welcoming. Communication was clear, kind, and helpful throughout our stay.And yes, the amenities were in excellent condition. Everything was clean, well‑maintained, and exactly as described, which made our Christmas stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Our family visited this beautiful home for a second time and we LOVE it! It has very easy access, the drive in the area is just so beautiful and relaxing and the view from the house across the lake is just amazing. We have stayed in a number of vacation homes and this is our favorite!

House was perfect for our golf trip with customers. Had 10 guys with plenty of sleeping arrangements and room for everyone to have there own spaces between 3 floors. House was very clean and had super cold A/c on all levels. Having a pellet smoker and a charcoal grill lakeside was an added bonus! We will consider this property again for our next trip.

We chose this house based on size and location (it was the gathering spot in the Hot Springs area for 14 family members), and found more than a house. It was a beautiful home! Everything was perfect… we would have loved to stay much longer! Highly recommend!

We had a great family vacation here. We all enjoyed the peacefulness of the lake! The paddle boards and kayaks provided were an added bonus. We also loved the multiple hang out areas.

Everything about the property is so nice. It is clean and all the pictures and amenities are very accurate. Everything you need in the kitchen, towels, etc. Our friends got together for a golf trip and stayed at this property for 2 consecutive years and will stay again if we come back to HSV. Our host Adel is quick to respond and very nice.

This house was real good for 8 guys on a golf trip. Location and amenities are basically as described. Kitchen appliances and tools could use some updates. Had to get creative for some items.

This house is amazing and looks exactly like the photos. We had four couples use the home for our golf vacation. There was plenty of space, so none of us felt like we were on top of each other. The rooms were very private. The kitchen had all the items needed to cook meals, etc. We were delighted with the cleanliness of the home, too. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Beautiful and comfortable lake house

This place has it all. My family had a wonderful time here. Some days we'd go into town for some attraction and other days we would just enjoy this house's many entertainment amenities. Highly recommended.

We had 3 different families in this house and we all had plenty of our own space without feeling like we were in each others business all the time. Layout was perfect to entertain lake was wonderful and the smoker on back porch turned out a perfect Brisket after a 12 hour smoke. The Hot Springs Village has so much to do and whatever was needed was within grasping distance

we needed a place to celebrate the last summer of Camp Ozark - our girls have been going there since 4th grade. This was their last summer to be campers as they are all about to be seniors in high school. 5 moms and 5 daughters used this place to extend camp a bit and enjoy each other's company longer. It's amazing. Access to the water was incredible. Huge kitchen. Plenty of bed space. We had a great time and would stay here again any time.

We loved this house. It was our favorite stay ever. The house was spotless, so well stocked, fantastic location. Loved the game room, kayaks paddle boards. We golfed, hiked fished boated. We would definitely love to come back next year

Impressive house with no issues.

This house and location has everything my family loves to do. Swimming off the dock, boating, a wonderful beach nearby, pickle ball, ping pong, movie watching at night with popcorn, roasting s'mores on the firepit. My kids had a blast!

Had elderly family stay with us… great layout for visiting! Beautiful location. This house was perfect for our visit! Lake was beautiful and very fun!!
