Waterfront 5 star: North End of Island. Private property borders Pony pasture!

Amazing home. This is not your standard rental. It feels like staying at your friend’s beach house. It is very well-stocked with everything you could possibly want. The towels are plush. Comfy beds and sheets. Cute decorations all over the house, beautiful furniture, and it looks like a magazine, but so homey. The only thing missing was the horses. They decided to hide when we were there. We’ll have to come back!

The house is exactly as the pictures depict. The view was beautiful, the location was quiet and serene, and the house was lovely. No weird smells, no unexpected anything.

The five of us all really enjoyed the week at the house. Very welcoming and pleasant host, great location and space worked great for our 5 adults.

Beautiful house, quiet neighborhood yet close to town. Only issue that kept this from a 5* rating is a significant amount of black mold in the primary shower.

Our family had a lovely stay at this beautiful home! It has all the bells and whistles, and as an added bonus, ponies in the back yard! We enjoyed the expansive deck, large living room and dining room for our family of 6. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels for guest use, and they made packing for this vacation a breeze! We LOVED this property! Private, quiet area with ample parking and great neighbors! Stay here, you will be glad you did!

The house is located at a really quiet place and the view is spectacular. We were able to spot some wild horses when we first arrived. The house is very clean and spacious. The owner also prepared a lot of fun board games for guests. We had a lot of fun playing the puzzles when we are back in the house at night. Hopefully we can go back again sometime.

We cannot rave enough about Baywatch. This large three bedroom house has a fully equipped kitchen and recreational beach supplies. A large deck provides wonder views of both wildlife and Assateague Island.

We came to the area for a birthday trip. The house was amazing. Plenty of space and everything you need and more. The owners were so thoughtful to every little detail. Our granddaughters loved seeing the horses outside the house and reading the books on the shelves. Thank you very much sharing your home to us. Definitely would like to return sometime.

We were fortunate to spend Christmas here as a small reunion with family on the East Coast and couldn’t have been happier. The home is gorgeous inside and out and very clean and well-maintained. The location is beautiful and we were happy to see some of the wild horses. There is even a handbook for identifying the ponies. The Assateague Lighthouse is visible on the horizon. The view over the tidelands is spectacular and always changing with shifting colors, clouds and sky. We would love to come back to enjoy the view. The owner is very helpful and accommodating and added some wonderful holiday decorations for us. She even offered any ingredients we might need for Christmas dinner. Best VRBO ever!.

If you're looking for a house on Chincoteague Island - just stop and choose this one - it's perfect. The location is perfect for rest and relaxation - the views are amazing on both sides of the house. We did see the ponies from the neighboring house one day we were there - that was so nice! The host responded quickly to questions and was accommodating when we wanted to change and extend the dates on our trip. The house is about 15 minutes from anywhere on the island. Would definitely stay here again - and hope to do so!

Great location. Clean. Some of the property description was not completely accurate but great place in general.

This is our fourth year staying here and as before, it was just wonderful. Just sipping coffee on the porch overlooking the water every morning is sublime. The house has everything you could want, and all of the finest quality. And the cat neighbor is an added bonus!

Stay was lovely. location was peaceful and it was nice to see the ponies up close. We were a little disappointed you could not access the dock easily and it was impossible to figure out the TV in the evening but otherwise it was a very nice stay.

Great property such a relaxing way to get away and enjoy some time as a family.
