Stayed Dec 26, 2025- House is vandalized with termite in the kitchen, mold in bathroom, and ceiling leaking water.- House equipments are VERY old, flooring is all damaged, and there are animal furs on couches.- When we arrived after the checkin time, the janitors were still inside.- Garage ceiling is to low for car trunk to open- Heater works very well.- Pleasant walk to Venice Beach (nice but unsafe area)- Outdoor seating area was nice

Stayed Jan 8, 2026Stayed here for a family gathering, and was able to spend lots of time together, rather than separate hotel rooms. The house is a funky old build, but needs an update. Location is amazing, allowing relaxing walks through the canals and to the beach.

Stayed Oct 30, 2025The location and house was great. We felt that we should have been made aware that trick and treating is a big thing in the area, as we had no candy. Otherwise, our experience was great!!

Stayed Jul 28, 2025Our family had a great stay at the Venice Canal property. Check in was easy, the property was clean and well appointed and the location on the canal and near the beach was perfect. Justin was very responsive and resolved a couple of minor issues quickly and easily. The house is very spacious and quiet.
