Waterfront 4-Bedroom Home on Private Peninsula w/ Private Dock!

We had an incredible stay at TipSea Point on Elbow Cay! The home itself is beautiful—well-designed, spacious, and perfectly maintained. The pool and landscaping make the property feel like a private resort, with stunning views all around.The dock was a huge highlight for us, easily accommodating our 42ft HCB center console. It made getting on and off the water seamless, and really elevated the whole experience. The house caretaker was very helpful and can ferry you across the shallow cove if needed, but we highly recommend having your own boat to make the most of this secluded oasis.Overall, TipSea Point delivers the perfect blend of privacy, comfort, and island luxury. We can’t wait to return!

Stunning

We had a great time at this incredible property! The property itself is stunning and has so many activities on site (paddle boarding, putt putt, pool, etc.). Junior is also on site and is the nicest person ever - he is alert of the property, and let us know about a rope issue before it became an issue. The house is gorgeous, furnished very well, and accommodated a multi-generation family easily. As of now, access to the house is limited by water - so you must have a golf cart (reservations needed a year in advance (we didn’t have one)) or a boat (we went by boat and would have been nice to explore the island more by land). All in all, would recommend and would stay here again!

Perfect property for our family of 9 (4 adults and 5 kids). Location is charming and amenities plentiful between pool, putting green, paddle boards, expansive boat dock, and great porch. Location is ideal with easy boating to Hope Town north and Abaco Inn south, just know that no golf cart access and that caretaker Junior can quickly boat you across the inlet to dock nearby where you can park golf carts.

Amazing property

The house and the views were breathtaking! The service they offered with junior the property manager was five star all the way!! to be able to walk out the back door and go snorkeling was truly amazing!

We vacationed with our kids and some of their friends. The property was perfect. Everyone enjoyed the pool. The expansive peninsula had multiple seating areas- all super comfortable and with 360 views of the gorgeous sunsets. The dock fit our boating needs well - the water ferry could almost make it at low tide - and absolutely reached the dock at higher (not just highest) tides. Junior could have helped, but we used our boat to bridge the gap. Snorkeling was fun on the side of the peninsula with a small sandy beach. Having the house ONLY accessible by boat was a huge advantage for us. The teens were within a limited range, yet they had ample freedom to roam and have their own space because the property was expansive and well landscaped. The main room of the house was a great place for gathering for meals, games, puzzles, movies and even dancing! The kitchen was well appointed. The beds were VERY comfortable. We highly recommend!

This property is EVERYHING you could think of!!! We had two family’s with plenty of room and things to do!!! Private beach and all! The house is clean and has everything you would need!! We will definitely be back!!
