Our family absolutely loved staying in this home! We def want to come back again.

Very good location for 30a music festival.

We had a great stay! The house was perfect for our multi- generational family vacation with 6 adults and 1 toddler. Nicely decorated plus cookware, games, toddler bed, etc etc. which made packing easier! The location is perfect for a 5 minute walk to Seaside and short walk to WC beach and pools. Also, quick and responsive communication with the host. Thank you!

Beautiful home with everything you need. It is so close to Seaside food trucks and shopping and watercolor beach club, too-very quick and easy walk over. Lots of great porches, and nice that bedrooms were on the lower floor.

Property was perfect for our family, six adults and two children. Easy walk, bike ride to beach, parks and restaurants.

We loved the location and the large gathering area upstairs. Easy communication and comfy beds. Only small suggestion would be better garbage bags for kitchen lol

Our stay here was great! The property was exactly as depicted in the photos. All bedrooms were downstairs in a long hallway, which actually made nap times and bed times easier for everyone. Upstairs was the kitchen and living area, and we all loved going up there and spending time together. The property manager was very responsive the few times I had to reach out (late checkout related). I did notice underneath the beds hadn’t been cleaned before our stay. I think the cleaning people may have forgotten to get under our bed. I still give it 5 stars for clean because everything else was clean! The water color membership was an added bonus if you’re bringing little ones. Beach days are long, so it was nice to change it up. We would definitely stay here again!

Our group of friends had a wonderful MDW at this home! We were three couples plus an infant and caregiver and found the house to be the perfect size and location for us. It’s walking distance to Seaside downtown and the WaterColor beach club, and has multiple porches to relax on when you’re home. The host was extremely helpful and responsive as well. We would absolutely try to return, and highly recommend this home to anyone!

The location could not have been better - close to Seaside and Watercolor, even Publix. Beautiful rooms and clean. Alex, the host, was so easy to communicate with- had the best time !!!

The house is absolutely gorgeous and perfectly located. We visited with three generations of family and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked every night and ate in the screened porch. It's a short walk to all the shops and beach at seaside and we biked to the pool and all over watercolor. Alexa was a wonderful host. She was very responsive and accommodating. We will be back!

The house had everything we needed. Great location, walkable to Seaside, tram stop across the street, plenty of room for all of us. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!!

Great visit! Nice property w plenty of room for 3 families. House was in a good location in Watercolor and the access to amenities w Bch Club and Camp Watercolor was nice! Property manager was very helpful! Only minor concern was we couldve used at least a few backup rolls of paper towel, tpulet paper and extra trash bag or two…and one of bikes was without a chain so couldnt ride it. Easy fixes. Great overall experience!

This house is beautiful inside and out It is in a great location very close to the seaside shops and restaurants. This street leads to all of the Watercolor activity centers We really enjoyed our stay at this location
