Watercolor Oceanfront House Sleeps 8 Amazing Views

We had a great visit to this home at watercolor. The hosts are very attentive and answer questions quickly. The house was well appointed, beautiful, and very comfortable. The beds were really comfortable. We spent most of our time out on the deck watching sunrises and sunsets. The location is convenient to walking into Seaside and riding bikes to Grayton Beach or if you are adventurous, a bike ride 9 miles to Alyse Beach., which we did. We have stayed in this area for a couple years now and is very convenient to watercolor resort and lots of restaurants. We love fish out of water. We come at an off-season time, November, so it’s very quiet. We don’t use watercolor resort much because it’s a bit of a ghost town and Seaside is very quiet and closes down a little early in November. The weather also changes with cooler days and chilly nights. We got lucky and got some great day weather and cool night weather. Bring variety of weather clothing. We would definitely stay here again next year (if the off season rates are reasonable).

This house is beautiful , extremely clean, and well stocked. The views are peaceful and mesmerizing! We started each day with breakfast out on the balcony. The house is comfortable including the beds. The location is perfect! The beach is right there. You are within walking distance to all the shops and several places to eat. A golf cart ride can easily take you to many other places like the grocery store. We would stay here again !!

The house was amazing! The beach…well it’s always perfect in WaterColor and SeaSide!! The hosts were the best we’ve came across as well. Very friendly and checked in on us periodically to ensure we didn’t have any issues. We will be back several times every summer!

Stayed at this property with a family of 5 adults. The decor and furniture were beautiful and high end. Beds were extremely comfortable. The patios were particularly appreciated with the awesome views of the beach/ocean. Great access to the beach with the boardwalk just steps away. In addition, truly appreciated the access to the Watercolor Club and its amenities.

Beautiful home, perfect location. Beach access, close to beach club, and walkable to Seaside. Enjoyed our stay and would rent this house again.

We enjoyed the week before Labor Day weekend at this great property with our adult children and first grandchild. It was clean and aesthetically very pleasing with comfortable furnishings and ample essentials. The covered porch has a gorgeous view and was a wonderful spot to begin and end each day. The private beach and its easy access is practically at the door step. The home's proximity to so many dining shopping and recreational offerings enabled us to walk or bicycle to almost everything. From booking to check out the hosts at Luxe 30A topped it off with their generous hospitality, ease of communication and welcoming spirit. All in all this home provided a luxurious haven where our family enjoyed the makings of many precious memories we'll forever cherish.

We come to the Santa Rosa Beach area frequently and have stayed in many rentals over the years. This is undoubtedly the best experience we’ve had. The location is smack dab in the middle of everything, yet you feel extremely private both inside and outside. There are 3 extremely comfortable bedrooms, all with master bathrooms. The kitchen isn’t large but has high end appliances. We hired a private chef one night and he even commented on how nice it was. The home is decorated beautifully with a very warm but chic design. There is a very private balcony/patio with beautiful gulf front views. And the beach access is directly in front of you and is restricted to only 4 or 5 homes…so you feel like you have your own private beach. Finally, the amenities are abundant and also very considerate. For example, bathrooms even come stocked with fresh loofas! The management staff was also very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We simply had a wonderful time and loved the house so much! If we could give it a 6 star rating, it would be very deserving!

This is our second time staying at this property. It has the best location. Beautiful beach views, private beach area, in walking distance to all the food and stuff!
