Stayed Aug 20, 2025The house is great for a stay for adults or families with older children. I do think with small children its important to note The stairs are open to the living room, the windows are very low, there is no bath tub, and all the running water in the house is salt water. We enjoyed exploring Georgetown's beautiful parks and beaches and did a day trip to Boothbay Harbor but ended up leaving a day early because of the house factors. Otherwise, the property is a well equipped space in a beautiful part of maine!

Stayed Jul 3, 2024The pictures really don't do the place justice. The views are stunning, and the space is very well laid out. We were a large group (8 adults, 2 infants, 1 dog) and felt we had plenty of space. The beach was a decent but pleasant walk away on a very quiet, private road. We were there for the Fourth of July and had a ton of fun participating in the community's celebrations. Angela was communicative and helpful when a couple issues came up during our stay, as well. With young infants, however, the place really didn't meet our needs. Only the main living area has AC, so the rooms would stay quite warm even at night, and the shades installed let in a lot of light. The biggest hurdle was the water situation. All running water in the house is salt water. Drinking water is provided, but for washing bottles, making formula, bedtime baths it felt like we were camping with the level of effort we had to put in to complete those regular tasks. We would consider staying here in the future, but not until we had older kiddos.
