Water View - Pool & Spa - 3.5 miles to Disney - BBQ

Our Host, Sylvie, was terrific. She was quick with her response to any questions. The house was more than amply supplied with items needed for cooking, bedding and the pool.

The house was very clean, kitchen was well stocked, ice maker in freezer was a plus, beds were comfortable, pool and spa were very nice and clean, great location near grocery stores and many restaurants.

House was just as described. Clean, well stocked kitchen, clean pool and spa. It was perfect for the four of us. Check in and out was easy and host responded quick to a question we had. All in all we would definitely stay here again:)

My friend and I came down for the weekend for the UCA High School Cheer Nationals. The house was 15 minutes from ESPN world wide of sports. Which was wonderful because that’s where we spent most of our days. The house was wonderful, plenty of space. The hot tub came in very nice for the weekend as we were in Florida during the cold front. Great communication with Sylvie, she was fantastic! We would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay. The place was clean and as expected. Pool and hot tub were nice and having the pool table gave us something to do.

Everything was as described. Very convenient location for the parks and great pool/ hot tub.

Nice & clean vacation home. With all the amenities you need to start your vacation. The Host was phenomenal.

This place was amazing, anything and everything there. Comfortable beds room for all. We had teens and adult children with us and everyone loved it. Beautiful area, quiet and comfortable. House is out of the way of tourist feel, but close to the parks. Relaxing and perfect. The pool was perfect after a day at the beach, parks or an early morning dip. Bonus for the kids of all ages. Loved the spa heated in the evenings with a glass of wine to end the day. Great communication quick reply when had a question. Definitely will come back. Very clean and comfortable. Lots of dishes and cookware.

Fantastic location.. close(less than 1-2 miles) to many restaurants and shops, close proximity to Disney parks .. not too far to universal and SeaWorld.. love the pool and hot tub.. bonus room with pool table was used almost every night

Sylvie was a great host and the cost was very reasonable. She was flexible and accommodating. Expectations were clearly communicated. The house was more comfortable than even the pictures reflect. Our family spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub when we weren’t at the theme parks. It was handy having plenty of beach towels provided. We even saw a small alligator in the back pond and enjoyed an occasional lizard. The house is very conveniently located to the parks which made for little travel time. I would definitely utilize Sylvie’s house again.

Absolutely met the mark in every way. We had 2 master suites for parents and 2 kids rooms to sleep 4. Everything was well labeled, well thought out ahead of time and clean and ready to make us feel right at home. We spent our between park days enjoying the pool, grilling as well as plenty of entertainment inside when the thunderstorms rolled through. Highly recommend!!!

My group of seven and age ranging from 7 to 32 thoroughly enjoyed the amenities and the space this rental provided. It was also greatly appreciated to have laundry powder and dishwasher pods provided.

This location was as advertised. Very convenient to Disney and shopping. The home is well maintained with very clear instructions on how everything works.

Everything as described. Very comfortable home. Pool and hot tub were as big a hit as Disney. Really nice owner to work with. Couldn’t ask for a nicer Disney family get together. We are the heroes of this vacation and our pool home was a big part of it.

We loved the property, it was clean and well kept. It was close to everything. The pool and hot tub were used daily for relaxing and strategizing. We loved our stay.

Much better and less expensive than staying in a hotel. Neighborhood has great restaurants!

Great house to spend time to relax and share special moments with family and friend. Spacious house and enough rooms to comfortably accommodate a big family. The pool is awesome and the fact we could use it in November was incredible!

My wife and I were vising our daughter who is working at Disney. We had everything we needed at the house, and it was only about 10-15 minutes to the Disney World properties. We paid to heat the pool and hot tub, and both were very warm we spent every evening in the hot tub. Overall, it was a great trip.

We stayed here for a trade show/ convention at a Disney property. This had everything we could possibly need. It was clean, beautiful, private and had plenty of space. Wonderful!

This home was even better than described. Very comfortable, plenty of room and had everything we might need. The pool and spa were fantastic, making our girl's weekend one of the best so far. We'll be booking it again as soon as we have our dates decided for next year.

The house was well appointed and we were surprised that each bedroom had its own bathroom area. Very nice.

Very nice home, clean and close to parks. A bit modest and maybe a little dated, but served our purpose well and was excellently priced!
