Stayed Sep 26, 2025Decided to try something different for a visit with our daughter at UArk and stayed in this adorable place away from the chaos of Fayetteville game day. It was just as described. Peaceful and quiet. Ken was an excellent communicator. About a 45 minute drive from Fayetteville, 10 of it on “mountain roads” Would suggest a car with sturdy tires. The sunrise and sunsets were beautiful but the pristine views of the Milky Way from the top deck were undeniably my favorite part. Place was clean and tastefully decorated. Only regrets were not bringing a bottle of wine for downtime and not allowing more time to enjoy the peace and quiet. We enjoyed the experience over a standard hotel stay without a doubt. Thanks for the great stay. Hope to return in the future!

Stayed Nov 26, 2024Our stay was perfect. The container turned into a cabin was the most cutest and comfortable place ever. Just perfect for someone wanting to be away from everyone. The road was steep , but was fine for my suv. We sit by the fire and just enjoyed ourselves. Everything in cabin was as perfect. Cabin was very clean. I am a cabin cleaner myself so I’m picky . We will definitely be returning.

Stayed Oct 15, 2024The property was exactly as expected and the owner was quick to respond to all of my inquiries. The area is very quiet and peaceful which is exactly what we wanted. Like another review stated we too had trouble with the steep driveway and would have appreciated some window treatments. However, neither of these were issue enough for us to leave a poor review. For us, putting our truck in 4 auto as opposed to 4 high or low is what got us up the hill.

Stayed Aug 23, 2024Overall, our stay was very good! The place looks just like the pictures, and the views are great. I imagine that they'd be even better in the fall and winter! The location was pretty secluded, and the home was in great shape overall. Pretty much everything in the home worked as it should have! And it was nice to only be 25 minutes or so from the Fort Smith area. The only things that I think others should be aware of are that the property could really use some curtains or blinds. It is pretty secluded, but some privacy would be nice, and it would be nice to not have the sun on the bed the second the sun rises. And the other MOST IMPORTANT thing to note is that accessing this property can be difficult! A sedan will definitely not make it. We drove a mid-size SUV. Driving up the mountain was fine overall, but once we got to what is basically the driveway for this property, it was STEEP and very rocky! Our vehicle made it up the last incline with lots of slipping as it was tough to get traction. Each time that we went up the incline was pretty difficult. It may be even tougher in wet conditions. Definitely something worth keeping in mind! If you were in a 4WD vehicle, it likely wouldn't be a problem. Overall, it was a good stay! Hosts were very responsive with any questions we had, and the experience was enjoyable for my wife and me!
