Water front home. 50' Dock w/ Pool & Hot Tub. Just S. of Tavernier Creek

Our family of 5 enjoyed our month long stay in this beautiful, SUPER CLEAN, comfortable home! We docked our 25’ boat and enjoyed many days of fishing, snorkeling and rafting. Loved having the ice machine out back- what a convenience! Easy access from the canal to watch spectacular sunsets on the boat! Also fast access to the ocean side via tavernier creek. Loved the pool/hot tub and huge bbq for grilling. Beds are huge and comfy. Jarrett is an amazing host and was always available for any questions we had. Everything was great and we look forward to coming back!

This property is a home away from home.

We had a very relaxing and awesome time. House is exactly as pictured and very clean. Pool is nice and warm and really nice to swim in. The house is right on a canal which we saw so many manatees and some dolphins and even a crocodile swimming at night. Really close to marina to go out on boat trips. Highly recommend.

Very nice property exactly as presented. On the canal side we seen manatee's, nurse sharks, tarpon, couple parrot fish, an angle fish and more. We kayaked to “toilet seat cut” that’s less than a mile away, in the bay accessible from the house. Nice king size beds and the upstairs master area is awesome. Great experience!

This is a great property , the owner has thought everything . Easy boat access, great neighborhood, walking distance to 2 stores and Capt Craig’s restaurant. Fully stocked kitchen, upstairs master suite is top notch, house is clean and comfortable . You will not be disappointed, a month was not long enough .

This home was everything we wanted and more. We spent the month of January at Jarrett's and boy did it fly by. The kithen is fully stocked and grill is awesome which made cooking our fresh catch delightful. We loved having our boat out back and the convience of the ice machine and freezer. There are plenty of towels and bedding which i love when renting. I loved having the master suite on the second floor so we had some privacy and our guests had the bedrooms downstairs. The month was cool so we spent alot of time in the hot tub and enjoyed hanging by the pool in the beautifully lanscaped yard. Jarrett is an amazing host. Any questions we had were answered within minutes and taken care of. We hope to visit again soon.

So happy with our stay - absolutely recommend this beautiful home, newly constructed & very nice, clean interior (exactly like the pictures)- fully equipped with everything you need. Happily we were able to park the boat trailer in the front yard & have our boat conveniently tied up in the back for easy access to both the bay & ocean waters. Host was amazing!!! Always available for questions & such a nice person. Thank you for making our virtual month a pleasurable experience! Would definitely stay here again !
