Water Front! Family Friendly! Walk to town! Sleeps 6

Our family of 6 gathered from MA, NJ, OR and NH for the Labor Day weekend. The house was perfect for us. It was spacious, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. We cooked and ate several meals at home and found the kitchen accommodating and very well appointed. We spent a lot of time playing games, reading and talking on the beautiful deck. We loved the easy access to water - swam, kayaked and enjoyed a boat ride tour from Steve. Resident cats, Ginger and Lulu, were occasional friendly visitors.Rose and Steve were very accommodating , friendly, helpful and interested in our comfort. We would come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend this home as a place to stay.

We had an amazing weekend, this was such a beautiful home! The pictures online do no justice, just stunning and we will have memories to last a lifetime. the layout was very spacious and we had plenty of space to get hair & makeup done for a wedding with beautiful floor to ceiling windows. Outdoors was also spacious with back deck, grill, firepit and seating. We enjoyed our stay. The owner was very helpful and easy to work with us!

This house was the perfect size for a group of adults to stay for the weekend of my sister's wedding. The owner was incredibly accommodating and truly exceeded my expectations. The house is spacious, comfortable, and has fantastic views. I only wish I had more time to actually spend in the house!

This home (and host) went above and beyond our expectations for this trip. The home is beautiful and in a perfect location with a short walk to downtown Portsmouth for any interest day or night but still tucked in a nice tranquil waterfront neighborhood. The house had plenty of space for entertaining inside and out. The home provided everything we needed for our stay and more. It was the perfect space for our getaway with friends. If we return to Portsmouth, we will absolutely hope to stay here again.

We didn't want to leave! This home is one to definitely book. Spacious (pictures don't do the house justice...it is roomy and comfortable with a fabulous deck overlooking the water and beautiful yard for playing or daydreaming.). Great kitchen to cook lobsters and family dinners or enjoy takeout from local fish shack and unwind at dining room table built for a large family. Wonderful space for our three year old to play to her hearts content and the grandparents to read their books in the evening in the living room. Bedrooms are quiet, provide privacy and coziness. Movies / tv can be enjoyed in the sitting room off the master bdrm. Fabulous owners, great little girls who shared their toys, tree princess house, and swingset. Close to town so you can walk along the water for happy hour or a stroll to get coffee. Highly recommend this cozy and spacious retreat!
