This 2,300-square-foot home balances modern style with family-friendly comfort. FIRST FLOOR
Step inside to discover beautiful imported French Oak hardwood floors that span the entire home. Down the hallway, the primary suite features a King bed, Smart TV, and a private step-out patio. Its private bathroom includes a double vanity, a glass-enclosed shower, a deep soaking tub, and custom stone and granite finishes.

Further down the hall, Bedroom 2 offers a Queen bed, Smart TV, and access to the front yard. The third bedroom is ideal for kids, featuring a Twin bed with a pull-out Twin trundle. These two rooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with double sinks and an enclosed shower. A laundry closet with a washer and dryer is also located on this level.

SECOND FLOOR
The second level features an open-concept living area with high ceilings. The living room includes a large sectional, a huge Smart TV, and opens directly onto a private patio with outdoor seating.

The fully equipped kitchen features custom cabinetry, high-end appliances, and a large Brazilian granite island with bar seating for 4. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table with seating for 8.
Down the hall, a fourth bedroom includes a King bed, Smart TV, private oversized patio, and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed stone shower.

THIRD FLOOR
The top floor features a two-person desk area and an under-counter wine fridge, perfect for grabbing a cold drink before heading outside.

Step out onto your choice of two private rooftop sky decks to take in panoramic views, catch the sunset, sit by the fireplace, or watch SeaWorld's nighttime drone show.

“Where the locals hang!” Our home is located in a beautiful family friendly area of Pacific Beach. Just 2 blocks to a swim/surf-friendly ocean, white sandy beaches, and killer local eateries with everything from breakfast to dessert to after-hours cocktails!

Within walking distance of the beach, shops, restaurants, coffee houses, and nightlife. POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• Guest Requirements | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30 (exceptions made for multigenerational families).
• Occupancy | Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both overnight guests & non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Noise | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• Combination Listings | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.
