Welcome to your ultimate play-and-stay getaway! Kick back in the living room with a 65 TV, NEX Playground, and bean bag that magically turn into an extra full bed (plus an airbed for bonus snoozing). Sip, brew, or unwind at the coffee + wine bar, then whip up a feast in the fully loaded kitchen with seating for eight—kid and pup gear included. All 3 bedrooms bring hotel-level vibes with a king bed, TV, white noise machine, air purifier, and a pack ’n play for little travelers. Outside (Apr–Nov), take the fun outdoors with Giant Jenga, Giant Connect 4, Cornhole, and a Ninja Electric Grill. And don’t miss the star of the show: the the game room with a projector TV Screen, indoor hot tub, pool table/ping-pong combo, and a lineup of arcade games that’ll keep everyone entertained for hours.

**The entire home is yours to enjoy. The only area off-limits is the attic (storage) & 3 kitchen cabinets, which will be locked.

**The laundry is in the basement, which will be accessible via a smart lock: the code will be given with your check-in instructions.

** We provide high density orthopedic-style firm mattresses

**We understand that pets are part of the family, and we welcome up to 2 dogs in this house ($50 per night). Please note that at this time we’re only able to accommodate dogs.

**We have 3 actively recording external cameras for everyone’s safety (1 in the Driveway and 1 for each outside door), as well as a noise decibel monitoring device in the property. Please refer to Safety & Property>Safety Devices found at the bottom of the listing page for details.

**Children under the age of 12 have to be supervised by an adult in the game room at all times

**Rockford is known as the Forest City - nature is everywhere! While we maintain the property with regular professional pest control, the occasional insect can still make its way indoors—especially during seasonal changes. If you happen to notice anything during your stay, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re always happy to help and can quickly provide solutions.
