We've traveled all over the West (more than 10 trips), with many stays in ski-in/ski-out homes or resort-side hotels. This house was our favorite even though it isn't on the mountain. The house itself is stunning and the hostess couldn't have been nicer. Super convenient to downtown and the River Run base.

We loved our stay in this beautiful mountain home. We arrived late at night, and the house had lamps on, and was nice and toasty warm. It was perfectly clean and ready for us. Everything we needed was there, not a thing was lacking. It was well stocked with anything one may need. We loved that it was super close to town and to the ski resort. We walked to both easily. But if you want to drive to the resort, parking is a breeze too. This will be a memory my husband and I, plus 5 kids will treasure forever. Brenda was responsive if we needed anything, and the whole process was smooth and so enjoyable! We've started 2022 off right! Thanks again for a wonderful place to stay.

I brought my family up to get out of the Texas heat and take advantage of the gorgeous scenery and activities after I ran a marathon there. I wish I could give this house six stars -- or live here! This is probably a $2 million or more house and is beautifully decorated and abundantly stocked. We stayed here (four adults and an infant) for six wonderful nights and didn't want to leave. The owners were wonderful to work with and even left a bottle of wine and champagne and allowed us to use their sports equipment and personal items (who does that?!). There was so much room to spread out in. And when you wanted to get out, the town was about 1/2 mile one way with lots of good restaurants, including many that are plant-based or vegan. Ketchum was a super friendly, low key but sophisticated place. The gondola is only about 1/2 mile away too so the location is perfect. It would be an easy walk there to ski, and there is no hotel at the base or anywhere near. Also, you are almost next to the fantastic bike trail (I rode on a lot of over three days) and that and the neighborhood are great to walk on or around. And the river is very close so you can soak (we came during a heat wave, but it still felt fine with the low humidity). So the house has more than anything you could possibly want and is worth whatever they are charging, especially if two families are sharing. Thanks for a memorable trip Brenda!
