Stayed Oct 21, 2025I had planned to stay the week prior to hurricane Melissa & ended up getting stuck there another week. The hosts were MORE than gracious & understanding & extended their kindness to me for that whole addition week. I was so grateful to have somewhere nice, clean, & most importantly SAFE during such a traumatic event!! I can’t wait to stay there again & get to enjoy the beautiful home itself!!

Stayed Dec 26, 2019Where to begin? Maybe the beginning. I contacted the Bryan's from the get go when I was interested in staying there 3 months prior to going, and they're response was prompt. They were always accessible even though they aren't physically there. On the day of checking in, it was seamless there was a minor hiccup, but it was promptly dealt with. The place itself is awesome for solo, couple, or a family with all the amenities you would desire. The area is gated with 24 hours security & even though it was a bit annoying at first when they didn't recognize me, I felt at least they won't let anyone in who shouldn't be there. The home is minutes away from Spanish Town city & less than 30 minutes from Kingston. Its quick access to both toll roads makes country runs easier. I would definitely recommend this property & have zero delays in giving the Bryan's a 5 star rating for the ease of contact, cleanliness, convenience & accessibility. I know I would very much return & let others know about your little gem.

Stayed Mar 5, 2018I really enjoyed my stay at Nordia an Kevin guest home. It was like i was right at home. Nordia made me feel very comfortable during are stay. Even the Neighbors, where nice, when my husband an I took nice walks at night in the community. KEVIN an Nordia, thank u.
