Stayed Jun 12, 2026Overall it was a great. The property was clean and very nice and close to downtown. The host was communicative although it took a while to get a response sometimes. We definitely would recommend staying there if you are coming to Tampa.

Stayed Mar 19, 2026BUYER BEWARE. This VRBO experience was very disappointing. The accommodation was misrepresented as a 4-bedroom unit with two kings, six queens, two queen sofa beds, and two twin beds. What we found was one king, three queens, one queen sofa bed (rock hard) and one twin futon. The unit was clean, spacious, and modern with nice amenities and location close to Armature works, but unfortunately the actual sleeping arrangements did not match the listing and would not accommodate our group. After advising the host we were two beds short and several sheet sets, he had two blowup mattresses and some sheet sets delivered to the unit at 9 PM on check-in day. As the bedrooms were not large enough for the blowup mattresses, two adults had to sleep in the in the dining area and TV room which impacted their sleep and limited use of accommodation for the rest of the group. Not exactly appropriate accommodation for a VRBO unit that cost us 816/night! After checking out, along with advising the host of several maintenance items to look at (loose faucet, loose gate latch, patio door lock not working, dining and bar chairs with wobbly legs), a 25% reimbursement was requested from the host/owner as compensation for the misrepresentation of bed space and associated negative impact on the stay. The host subsequently ignored my request until a VRBO associate contacted him. The owner indicated we should be satisfied that the blowup mattresses were provided but did offer a small 250 refund.

Stayed Jan 15, 2026The property was as described. Warm and comfortable in a wonderful property. The places matches how nice it looks in the photos. Beds and Linens were cozy and not done with cheap linens. The kitchen sink faucet, gave us a bit of trouble as the hose for the faucet extension would get kinked and cut off water to the sink, giving us a little bit of a struggle while doing dishes, however i certainly would not hold that against the overall enjoyment of the property. Its located in a transitional area but is not far from local hot sports and entertainment. Absolutely would stay here again in this property.

Stayed Mar 2, 2025Myself and 3 friends stayed during a guys golf trip. The unit was perfect. Extra nice, plenty of room. Guests should be aware that there are theee levels and corresponding stairs.
