I would recommend this place for family, or friends wanting to have a relaxing getaway. We had an amazing time!

ROACHES and NO COMMUNICATION If you love roaches and an unresponsive host this place is for you!!Read the reviews from others. It’s infested with ROACHES! But wait if you love roaches how about left over garbage in the garage and mildew smell too!?! Don’t get me started on the ripped pool table felt and the holes in the wall!Really it’s unbelievable. Unbelievable a place could be this bad and the platform would allow it to stay as a listing. I filed a report with the platform and they shrugged and said the owner would reach out. They never did. Multiple text and a voice mail box full. No calls answered or returned.

The house had enough rooms for us, however the a/c did not work downstairs therefore the air was very musty, there are holes in ceiling in downstairs bathroom, holes in wall downstairs, the upstairs was very well taken care of, downstairs was not.

The photos online were definitely doctored. There is a huge hole in the driveway. The entire house was disgustingly dirty, smelled of mildew, and had holes in the ceiling and wall. The air conditioning downstairs did not work. There were roaches and ants. The tub/shower floors were not clean. The ceiling fans were covered with dirt and buildup. The floors were all dirty. The carpet on the stairs needs replaced as it is dirt brown and should be white, but hey, it matches the walls because they are the same. The patios are filthy with dirt and debris. The grill was filthy, and barely functional. The hot tub was functional but did not work properly. The entire house smells of mildew, the downstairs smells the worst. You cannot put your clothes in the closets because the smell is even worse in them. The pool table is sitting on cinder blocks and almost all of the items needed to play pool is broken. The furniture is smelly and badly outdated, most of it isn’t even functional. The blinds, ceiling fans and floor fans all look like they have been functional in a hay barn, with the called on dust and dirt. The clocks hanging on the filthy walls aren’t functional. The walls are filthy with dirt, grime, what I’m guessing is bug guts, and blood. Yes blood. We should be refunded with all of the cleaning we did. Please see pictures.

My check-in instructions went to my Promotions folder in my email. Before finding them I tried emailing and messaging the host, both on the app and the direct number, and never got a response. Though it worked out fine it does leave one to wonder what would happen if there was an emergency. Overall, the property was decently cleaned. (What you would expect for a property that allows pets.) It had everything except silverware, so bring utensils when you come. Lots of space and things to do at the property and the marina is right around the corner for easy access to the lake!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our stay at this property was far below acceptable standards of cleanliness, safety, and communication. Upon arrival, we discovered shattered glass in the garage. This posed a serious hazard, particularly with small children in our group. We removed the glass to prevent injury. Hazardous items such as paint or chemicals were left unsecured in the garage. Inside, the home was clearly unclean: dead insects were scattered across floors and countertops, bug traps overflowed in the kitchen, and live cockroaches roamed the counter. Many kitchen utensils were dirty or broken, the coffee pot was unwashed, and all dishware required cleaning before use. Spider webs lined both the interior and exterior, while the balcony was filthy, furniture was coated in dirt and leaves, the wood was warped and posed a tripped hazard. Despite a running dehumidifier, the downstairs remained excessively humid, and the bathroom’s mirrors and bathtub appeared never to have been cleaned, the exhaust fan had numerous dead insects inside, and additional dead bugs were found in the bedrooms. Attempts to reach the host via the provided number went unanswered. Overall, the property's condition and lack of host responsiveness rendered our stay unacceptable.

The best things going for this house are that it has 3 full bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, along with hot tub. The place is stuck in the 80s with mismatched, older furniture that could use a major update. The worst part was zero communication via the VRBO app. No phone calls or messages replied to, even emergency number not answered. The only communication was via my junk mailbox. So much potential, and easy fixes.

This is a very roomy house in a great location. It is a pet friendly house so we didn't expect it to be exceptionally clean. But the carpets of the entire downstairs are completely saturated in urine stains. The smell was overwhelming and we even brought/have pets. Me The check-in email was thorough and asked us to notify them of concerns, but we never got a response from them. Not when checking in, addressing an issue, or when checking out.

Such a great home! It was so cool to have a pool table and a hot tub!

Had a wonderful stay with my kids and grandsons. Very roomy house, super friendly neighbors, beautiful views, and an overall great rental experience!

First of all let me say the location of the property is awesome. It’s in a great neighborhood with a short drive to downtown Eureka Springs. We really enjoyed watching the wildlife. There were deer just steps away from the back deck. My two boys really enjoyed the pool table. However, unfortunately this property needs very basic maintenance. I would say it was clean-ish. You can definitely tell they hit the high spots. But, this unit is in need of a deep clean. There’s things that you just do not expect when renting a short term rental. And it’s things that cost next to nothing to remedy. For example, the shower curtain downstairs was moldy. It takes almost no money or time to replace that. There are cobwebs in the corners and along the ceiling. Again, this place needs a deep clean and the carpets need to be professionally cleaned. Another issue, the two bedrooms downstairs do not have tvs in them. So if your kids are like mine and sleep with the tv on, just know there aren’t any in those two bedrooms. There are no cleaning products in the unit. Not even a multipurpose spray to wipe down the counters after you cook and eat. There is literally nothing to tidy up after yourself with. Speaking of the kitchen, if you plan to cook bring your own pots and pans. These really need to be replaced. Not only were they dirty, I mean food cakes around the pans, they were rusted and unusable. This place was fine for two nights. But honestly I would not rebook.

Very clean, quiet neighborhood.

Secluded in a cute little cove, very spacious. Loved the nature and close proximity to the water. Deer were right next to the driveway. Awesome neighbor lady showed me her perfect lake view. We all had a great time.
