LIVING SPACE
This architect owned 1000 sf hexagon shaped home offers 150 degree views of the Ozark Mountains, Table Rock Lake and the Island via the open living room. Bright and welcoming with comfortable furniture and sunny lake views from all areas. Dining area is tucked into the corner of the windows. Smart TV with WiFi and access to the Kitchen are all within the open layout.

KITCHEN & LARGE PANTRY / STORAGE ROOM
Small but efficient and functional fully-equipped kitchen located with the Living Space includes a refrigerator, Keurig, stove, dishwasher, sink and a garbage disposal. Adjacent to the Kitchen is a large pantry area filled with a microwave, spice rack, pots/pans, cookware, a second refrigerator plus extra closet and storage area you’re going to need for golf clubs, hiking or fishing gear! We also provide coffee, tea, and basic spices. Enjoy your meals with that beautiful view!

BEDROOMS & BATHS
Home features two bedrooms and two baths. One bedroom is located on the main level off of the living room with a memory foam mattress, comfy bedding, closet and dresser. Table lamps provide ports for USB and USB – C plus plug-in. The bath located off the living space is recently remodeled with plush white towels, makeup towel and eco friendly toiletries.

The second bedroom is located on the lower level which is also the walk-out level to the back yard. Access to the second bedroom is via a spiral stair off the living space. Featuring a memory foam mattress and direct view to the lake from bed; small desk for your laptop plus chair and table lamp; closet and luggage rack, SmartTV. The bath is directly off of the bedroom with a walk in shower and new fixtures, plush white towels, makeup towel and eco friendly toiletries.

LAUNDRY
Located downstair off of the second bedroom are full size washer and dryer with hanging space.

Featuring a half-circle drive, it’s easy in and out to Table Rock drive. Parking for 3 vehicles.

    This was perfect for our family of 3. The home was so cozy and welcoming. And you couldn't beat the views. It was a little chilly when we came, so we didn't spend much time on the deck, but the large windows provided great views of the beautiful sunsets. The home was very well stocked with all the necessities and lots of extras too. Laura was a great host. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Eureka Springs.

    Our stay was really pleasant and we very much enjoyed our location and lodging. It was so relaxing to sit on our patio and look out over the lake. It also was nice to be so close to Eureka Springs.If in the area again, we would definitely book here.

    Nice, cozy place that is a great jumping off point for Eureka Springs and the surrounding area. Great deck with a nice view of the river that is perfect for morning coffee and evening beverages.
